Good

Great location, but due to neighborhood construction getting in and out was a bit of U-turn here and there. Near a recreational area and great public transportation.

No complimentary coffee option in the room. Very worn out uncomfortable mattress.

Convenient if you don't depend on public transport and get a decent price for the room.

Staff was friendly and room was big, clean and comfortable.

The restaurant is not open on Sunday, although there are alternatives in the village near the hotel, Location is not very good with no easy access to the centre of Dusselfdorf at least by public transport. I don't know how much is a room normally, but I have seen it listed at 80 euros in Booking.com. For that money I would say it's OK. I paid close to 250 euros a night because there was some fair going one in Dusseldorf at the time and for that kind of money it is definitely not worthy.

The friendly receptionist was the highlight of our stay. We selected this hotel based on the price and hand no expectations. The hotel fulfils all basic needs, but the room felt a bit interesting with its red color scheme and the RGB light control.

We were surprised that parking was not included in the fee. Using their parking lot is more or less necessary as the there are no free parking spots in the streets.

The room was clean and modern. The breakfast area was gorgeous, with a lovely window-filled room and view over the fields. The lovely wellness area with the two saunas (one at an impossibly high 90 degrees centigrade, and the other at a more comfortable lower temperature) were great. There was a lovely walk round a lake only 10 minutes walk away. Parking was free (even though it was supposed to be paid) and it was not too far to drive into town. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The cloakroom area in the room had no hangers, so we just had to throw our coats in a heap, which was a bit daft.

The location is far from city, if you want to use sauna you better ask advance 3 hours before

Although it is far from the city, I really liked the hotel. I definitely consider coming back.

Helpful stuff, very clean hotel and cosy environment.

Noone at reception after 23.00, makes you wonder what would happen if the keycard they give you do not work.

Friendly hotel just outside the city

The neighborhood was very relaxed and the hotel gave a feeling of a vacation home. The staff was very friendly. They also offered complimentary water and drinks, tiny gestures that make a big difference.

The shower was low pressure. It got pretty warm in the night, would have been nice to have a fan or AC.

Most comfortable beds. Easy but secure access during the night. Very good service. Parking space.
