Sehr angenehm überrascht von der großzügigen guten Lage des Hotel + sehr gutem Ambiente u. Personal

Das Hotel hat durch seine Lage und einer äußerst großen, nicht bebauten Grünfläche den Vorteil, wenn man mit einem Haustier (Hund) dort übernachtet. Ich wünschte mir, dass diese Großzügigkeit der Außenfläche beibehalten würde. Dies ist ein sehr großes Plus!

Für eine Übernachtung okay

Zimmer sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Bei Ankunft war es nicht möglich einen Kaffee zu bekomen. Keine Möglichkeit für eine Flasche wasser ausser in der Minibar.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Hund!

Zentral gelegen, sehr nettes Personal, 1A-Frühstück. Ein besonderes Danke schön für das Zimmer im EG (Hund & eingeschränkte Gehfähigkeit). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

A nice hotel.

A very nice, modern hotel which is conveniently placed. It was only an overnight stop and had plenty of parking. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom excellent. The only downside was the restaurant was closed for evening meals as it was a bank holiday. The staff were apologetic and helpful in helping us find dinner a 5 minute walk away. The kitchen was open in the morning though, and breakfast was excellent.

Absolutely wonderful hotel

I booked this hotel for my parents to stay in. They loved everything about it. It is very clean and tidy, smells wonderful. The room was a great size, nice little balcony type room with a beautiful view. Large enough ensuite. The breakfasts were lovely and very good for the price. There was literally nothing that qe could fault. The desk staff and the breakfast staff were particularly lovely. We had an older male help us with breakfast and he was so accommodating. We didnt dine there for dinner so cant speak for those staff members but can assume they were amazing as well.

The only thing we didn't like was a lady we can only assume was the bar manager. I dont know if she was but she was incredibly icy and nasty to the people beneath her. They looked terrified/uncomfortable.to speak. They delayed giving us change for our cash payments because she was the only one allowed to touch money for some reason. She berated and snapped at her team members. We watched her berate one of the males about making a drink incorrectly and then watched her make it the exact same way he did. In short, shes a bully. I think maybe she needs to be spoken with because that was not a comfortable environment to be a part of nevermind work in. I CANNOT stress enough that this was the ONLY issue we had with the place.

Friendly staff, nice restaurant with a good selection of food. Excellent value for money. Wellness available free of charge, even bathrope, slippers and towels were offered.

Very nice hotel

The rooms are large and dog friendly but not with a doggy smell when you go in. You could open the doors and the dog could go in the garden

No poo bags for dogs. The restaurant wasn't open on our stay

Brilliant stay once again thank you Waldhotel Nachtigall !

Very helpful, polite staff. Hotel is well laid out, restaurant for breakfast was superb very good choice, we also ate there one evening, again delicious food and excellent service. Our room was on the ground floor, very clean and comfortable. We've stayed before and will go back again.

Good value for money in a very nice hotel.

Absolutely everything. This a really great place to stay. We had our relatives over for a meal (including two babies) and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Hotel is clean and has a lovely garden to walk around. The area is quiet, all in all a nice restful place, with excellent staff.

Third Stay

This is the 3rd time my wife and I have stayed here and we’ve never been disappointed. The hotel is spotlessly clean, ideally located for our plans and the staff always very pleasant. It is often used for corporate events but this never detracts from our enjoyment. I would highly recommend it

A wonderful stay

Hotel located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by lots of lovely trees (where I could do my daily morning yoga). Reception staff were very friendly and helpful (organised the flowers I needed) My room was comfortable with an extra table and lounge chair (and fridge) plus a spacious bathroom. All spotlessly clean. Walking distance to local shopping street, several supermarkets within a few minute's walk and Schloß Neuhaus also close by. The train line was a few minutes walk away if required although I came by car. Downtown Paderborn is a ten-minute drive by car. A definite 10.

In Germany for few days so glad we choose this hotel, 10 mins walk into town, great place to stay.

We had a lovely double room, quiet overlooking garden. Very clean, breakfast had a good choice. Staff were helpful and polite.

A spacious, quiet room which was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV list of channels was helpful.
