Toller Aufenthalt mit der Familie

Das Personal war unglaublich professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht so richtig auf Familien mit kleinen Kindern ausgerichtet ist, haben alle ihr bestes gegeben, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Neben dem hochwertigen Menü für die Erwachsenen, haben den Kindern die Gerichte von der Kinderkarte sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Zimmer war mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet und die Reisebetten waren bei Ankunft auch schon aufgebaut.

15 Uhr für den frühesten Check-in am Anreisetag war für uns schon etwas spät. Das Wasser im Innenpool war zumindest für unsere Kinder zu kühl, um darin wirklich längere Zeit baden zu können. Im Sommer fehlt es leider an einer Möglichkeit die Sonne aus dem Zimmer zu halten (Rollladen o.ä.), denn hat man die Wärme einmal im Zimmer, bekommt man diese kaum noch heraus.

Es fehlt noch ein Raumduftkonzept für den Flurbereich, welcher in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Für Wellness Top, Essen gut aber nicht Gourmet.

Uns hat das SPA sehr gut gefallen. + Grosszügig, schöne Ruheräume, Snackangebot und Tepidarium. Gute Weinauswahl.

Zur Halbpension hätten wir ein Salatbuffet erwartet (4 Gänge). Und als Sporthotel villeicht noch weitere Angebote wie Tischtennis, Yoga-Lektion,...

The spa is a hidden gem

The wellness area was a real treat. There was a large selection of saunas and relaxation rooms that one could have spent most of the day enjoying. It was truly a highlight of our trip. There was also a nice selection of options for the continental breakfast.

The front office reception area was often quite packed and it took a while to check in and out.

- the food was fantastic - dinner as well as breakfast we really enjoyed! - the spa area is still very beautiful, the resting areas are not huge but clean and comfortable - the saunas are great - nice for a couple getaway that kids under 16 are not allowed in the spa area

- the bathrooms and rooms are getting a little dated - lack of attention to detail (empty planter pots, old shower heads in the spa area, light bulbs that should be replaced, the scent in the resting areas could be better, no magazines, no english menus, no wine/cocktail menu etc)

Fantastic couples stay, awesome spa facilities topped off with great evening food (and good wine!)

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. I requested for hypoallergenic pillows quite late one evening, and the lady at reception said she would check and come back to me. 5 mins later she bought me up 2 pillows, and all with a big friendly smile :) The breakfast was very good, as were the evening meals. I am a pescatarian and was happy to see that the restaurant always had a good quality fish dish on the menu. The evening meal was very good. I have seen some reviews saying the portions are small..but for a 6 course menu with good quality ingredients we were always left satisfied. Hats off to the chef!

The bathroom in the room could do with an update/refresh, The decor is old and the plug holes in the bath tub and sink were quite rusty looking. The tables in the dining area are set quite close to one another, we could hear our dining neighbours conversations at breakfast and dinner.

Great breakfast first day, second day things were missing.

Not much left of the breakfast at 9am Sunday :/ Bread was basically finished. Glasses, cups and teabags were missing. Seems like they were a bit short on staff that day. The staff that were there did great, but just had too much to do.

Amazing hotel and spa area

We booked the hotel shorty for 2 days of wellness and didn’t really check, what’s next to it. BUT the area around and road to the mountains and Silvretta lake were exceptional 😍 the hotel personal is really friendly and spa area ist amazing.

They don’t have conditioner in the room and bathroom wat not renovation (compare to the room). But it doesn’t look bad!
