erholsamer Kurzurlaub in einer schönen Umgebung

Frühstück war sehr gut, reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Zimmer war im Nebengebäude aber o.k. Die Lage des Hotels an einem See mit Badesteg, Bootsausleihe und mehr ist sehr gut. Auch das Ambiente des Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Zauberhafter Seeblick

Das Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon war sehr schön. Bad mit Fenster. Essen im Hotel abends sehr lecker. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel.

Tischreservierung beim Abendessen klappte nicht. Der sehr nette junge Kellner kümmerte sich dann um einen schönen Tisch für uns. Das Frühstück war einfach, hatten etwas mehr erwartet.

Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Frühstück sehr einfach, wenig Auswahl. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nur sehr langsam ab. Die Beleuchtung der Zimmer war sehr schwach. Hunde in Zimmern mit Teppichboden- sehr seltsam.

Das Personal ist super lieb. Fragen werden prompt beantwortet. Das Essen ist mega lecker. Es wird nicht der letzte Aufenthalt gewesen sein. Super Blick auf den See.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. (1 Nacht). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Lage, das außergewöhnlich nette Personal, die Atmosphäre im Hotel und in den Speiseräumen. Das Essen ist sehr gut, Preis und Leistung optimal. Unser kleiner Hund wurde sehr nett empfangen.

Die Gebühr von 15 Euro für eine Nacht für einen Zwergpudel empfand ich als sehr hoch. Dies ging bei Buchung nicht hervor. Frühstück war ausreichend aber auch sehr einfach. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das Haus verfügt nicht über einen Fahrstuhl. Für Menschen, die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind ist der "Aufstieg" schon beschwerlich. Dies wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt.

We stayed there for one night with our dog, hotel is very pet friendly, they allowed us to sit at the restaurant inside.

Beautifully situated, ideal for larks not for owls

Location of the hotel and restaurant terraces facing the lake. Staff, especially breakfast staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is rich and hearty. Honeymoon suite where we stayed two nights is spacious overlooking the lake, very clean and quiet. Guests seem to be mostly regulars.

Overnight stay is not suitable for those who are sensitive to smells, the restaurant is ubiquitous. Hot water circulation (heating and hot water in the bathroom) is completely switched off just before midnight. No problem for early risers or cold showers. However, the claim to sustainability has not been consistently implemented.

1. It was VERY cold in the room!!! I was freezing! 2 blankets helped to sleep, but showering was almost impossible because once I turned off the water I froze! 2. The breakfast isn't good. Nothing warm. The selection is very poor.

Nothing so special. First impression at reception was strange. She was not happy to welcome, could see in her face...would be my last option in this region.

Close to the Leipnitzsee.

We still have nightmares about the depressing bird cage in the reception area. It is very sad, luckily the rooms are cleaned more often. #freethebirds

Fantastic would definitely stay again

Lovely location, super friendly staff, great food. The staff pretty much only speak German and we hardly speak again, yet they made us feel very very welcome and did their best to give us what we wanted.

They did not reply to our e-mails before we went and i suspect it was because they did not understand them, perhaps google translate may help us next time.

A quiet and beautiful place for nature lovers.

A nice place near a lake with beautiful nature. There is a restaurant at the hotel so you can get dinner in the evening as well. Good choice for breakfast.

Wi-fi was not working properly during our stay.

Female staff very grumpy and impertinent; male staff very friendly. Rooms in the adjacent guest house need renovation. Main building with reception , breakfast room and restaurant super dark and extremely old fashioned.

A clean and affordable hotel in an excellent location.

Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Practical and very attractive location with great views.

Room was a little on the small side. Although the bed was comfortable the bedding and pillows left a lot to be desired.

A elegant room with beautiful surroundings.

The surrounding was peace and beautiful. Restaurant was good, especially their desserts. The room was clean and elegant, and decorations inside and outside were special.

The desk is too small for me, with a laptop on it there was no much space left. It was not very quiet, as I could also hear noise from room and outside.

Pictures in the offering show old, stylish building, however we were placed into separate small house, which was not mentioned during reservation. Noise from the highway is a bit disturbing.

Never go to this hotel if you don't want to be cheated. They present their offer on multinational website as booking.com with information that has service in germany, english or even spanish. And thei speak english since you payed. I arrive there and pre paid staying. Women from reception told me that I coudl recived invoice on check out. When I checked out there was old women speaking only germany who tried to cheat me that I didnt payed day before. When I backed with card payment confirmation she told me "sorry". I payed by business card so I woudl like to recive invoice. Shw told me in germany that she doesnt understand. Took my visit care and even didnt gave me any recipt. Its almost week after. I tried to call them several times but they doesnt want to speak english and delayed calls. I even send they email in germany by google translator. Booking services call them but still nothing. This hotel its totaly unrecomended. They are cheaters and do their business out of tax law.

I do recommend!

Great place! The breakfast is good and the room very clean and confortable. Staff very kind! Food delicious!

The location is beatifull, but there isn't nearby shops, cafes or restaurants that remain open till after 20:30. Including the restaurant inside the hotel. So, prepare yourself if you normally like to eat or drink something later in the night.
