Breakfast not supplied, or available. fully equipped kitchen & fridge, microwave, separate cooker(oven & hotplates) available. T.V.& D.V.D. All linen provided. Sheets, Towels, Doona & pillows. electric blanket as well. Cooling & heating provided, central & reverse cycle. Plenty of hanging space with mirrors. BBQ available, laundry facilities available on request. Unwind with a game of golf at the Mornington Golf course & restaurant facilities. Short drive away. Access to Melb CBD & Mornington Peninsula 500 metres to bus stop. 10-15 min bus or car transit to Frankston. Connect to train to Melb CBD. Bus or car transit to Mornington, Mt Martha, Rosebud, Rye, Sorrento, Portsea & surrounding beaches. Beleura House & Gardens, Wedding venues, Restaurants, Cafe, Wineries, Rose Gardens and many more attractions on the Peninsular.

From here I caught the ferry from Sorento to Queenscliff and from there I drove to the Sequoia forest and then onto the 12 Apostles and the Great Ocean Road. I had an amazing meal at sunset overlooking Bass Straight and enjoyed the company of family. This property is easy to get to and is close to arterial roads. I recommend it and will be staying there in the future.

Accommodation was very good, property was clean, facilities were excellent, hosts were very amicable. However, we thought we would be in a 'cosy cottage', not staying on the lower floor of the hosts double storey residence. Advertising for this property needs to be clearer.

Hosts were looking out for us when we arrived. They graciously explained all we needed to know. Inside and out our accommodation was much more spacious than we anticipated. It’s only an hour’s drive from our home and a few minutes drive from the beach so we definitely hope to return.

A lovely property which was clean and well presented, with plenty of amenities particularly if you are looking to cook!
The spa was lovely, despite some hiccoughs with it, Merv looked at it and got it up and running again.
The space is connected to the host's house, and there can be some noise come through from upstairs or the connecting door.

Hosts Jill and Merv were very hospitable and kind. Everything was very clean and we felt very much at home. Will definitely return again when we are in the area. Sincere thanks to Jill and Merv for their friendliness to us.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The outdoor area was the highlight. Amazing space with the sound of a water fountain and just enjoying the sunshine was great. Great location it was near the main street of Mornington. Clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Jill, Merv and Gregory were great hosts! Very prompt with communication leading up to our stay and took the time to show us around the property upon arrival. Property was well looked after and the Spa was a nice extea feature. Close to beaches and not a far drive from nearby attractions in the Mornington Peninsula. Would happily stay here again when heading down this area.

The property was really tasteful and nice and the air conditioning was a godsend on a 44 degree day! Unfortunately we experienced an intrusive vibe from the owners who knocked on our door too many times (once to imply that my 8 year old was being too noisy) which restricted our capacity to relax and feel free to be ourselves!

We absolutely loved this place. It was meticulously clean, very cosy and very comfortable. It had all amenities needed to cook in the kitchen, Jill was even generous enough to give us breakfast supplies! The spa was a definite highlight that we really loved. The accommodation is nearby to the local shops and beaches, only a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely recommend this cottage to others and we can't wait to be back hopefully soon!

Enjoyed a three night stay with my partner in this lovely cosy cottage. Hosts were at hand and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor spa was especially nice and being so close to the beach allowed us to go twice a day. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again ourselves. Thanks.

Really enjoyed our short stay in this lovely comfortable home stay. Has all the amenities of home, full kitchen , spa and plenty of room to relax. Very quiet and so central to the Mornington Peninsula beaches, restaurants and vineyards.
