Staff are helpful. They found a single room for our son as our triple room was too small. Shower was very nice. No mosquitoes. Hooray.
Rooms were small.

The location by the station is great. We caught the train from the airport so nice and easy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the ability to drop bags unpin arrival and get out to see the city was good.
It was very pricey for what we got. My daughter and I needed a twin room, we were booked a triple room which consisted of two singles and a fold out chair bed. The room was small to facilitate this and the bathroom very small, poor value for money.

We booked one night only, as it was a transit city between flights. We repeatedly contacted the property that we were having an issue with arriving at the venue - we got stuck in France because of their air strike. Sent them even print screens.
No reply whatsoever, the money were taken, moreover they emailed us afterwards in the same conversation that they hope we enjoyed the staying and some other random automatic lines. Wrote them back, as finally someone seemed to be there - same, no reply. Sad. Truly sad.

Friendly staff and good location. Everything was clean and the room had all amenities necessary for the time of our stay. Breakfast was ok.
Room is small and mattress is not very comfortable. Breakfast could be improved with some more fruits and salty options.
Not very good price/quality relation.

Convenient location - short walk to Roma Termini. The room was quiet despite the hotel’s central location.
Breakfast could be improved.

We booked it for proximity to the station in Rome as we were leaving for the airport the following morning.
The hotel exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and service.
Breakfast was included, it was just a surprise to get a sort of hot dog instead of Italian sausage on the buffet. We had enjoyed many sausages in Italy ... but a hot dog?? For breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was just fine and you were well lokked after.
