Café da manhã excelente, quarto novinho, ganhamos um up grade o qual agradecemos. Pertinho do funicular que leva para a cidade alta. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Estão preparados para atender em todas situações. Recomendo fortemente

Nos perdemos na tecnologia do quarto. Muito controle sem instruções. Não conseguimos ligar o ar condicionado nem o exaustor do banheiro nem o secador de toalha

Great value for money, definitely recommend.

Great location, only 14 minutes walk from the train station. Bus stop nr 1 just 2 minutes from the hotel (the route is from the airport to Citta Alta). Around 10 minutes from the funicular stop. We had a Beautiful view from our room. Good breakfasts, very nice staff. We arrived very early, we could leave our luggage at the reception, and when we came back at 12, the room was already ready was us and our suitcases were in the room.

There was a problem in the bathroom, because the glass is too small for the shower and the water was everywhere on the floor. Unfortunately, when we checked out we were charged with the TAX (28€) despite booking said it is already included in the price.

A localização, a limpeza e o conforto.

O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor tendo em conta o tipo de hotel que é e o valor praticado. O rooftop não pode ser frequentado por hóspedes que não tenham intenção em consumir. Falta de clareza no momento de check in, não me informaram do valor da taxa de turismo (que era absolutamente exagerado), e apenas no check out a funcionária diz me que não paguei as taxas e que tenho de pagar no momento, como se me tivessem dito no momento do check in e tivesse recusado.

Séjour agréable. Hotel où l'on se sent bien.

Hall d'accueil très spacieux et chaleureux à l'image qu'on se fait d'un hôtel de standing. Parties communes très propres et modernes. Hotel calme. Salle à manger spacieuse et douillette. Chambre confortable avec un immense lit pour 2. Fruits frais déjà coupés pour le petit dej.

Petit déjeuner varié mais manque de viennoiseries (pour un français !) TV difficile à faire fonctionner : télécommande peu fonctionnelle !

Good value for money if you are visiting Bergamo and plan to go to the old city as well.

Excellent location near the centre and a few minutes walk to the funicular to the old city of Bergamo. Very clean excellent breakfast and friendly staff

Po raz drugi w San Excelsior

To juz nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i wiedzielismy czego mozemy sie spodziewac. Na plus lokalizacja i sniadania oraz pokoj z balkonem i ladnym widokiem. Do tego darmowy parking pod hotelem w godzinach 19-9 (w wyznaczonym miejscu pod bankiem chociaz obsluga hotelowa kieruje na wlasny parking za 18eur/doba).

Tym razem dostalismy pokoj z balkonem i widokiem od frontu hotelu. Niestety mimo pierwszego zachwytu widokiem, w nocy oznaczalo to ciagly halas z ulicy. Imprezy, spiewy, krzyki, odglosy motorow i aut do 2:00 w nocy :( Do tego drzwi balkonowe praktycznie sie nie zamykaly. Standard pokoju tez pozostawia wiele do zyczenia (wyposazenie i wystroj rodem z lat 80tych). Nastepnym razem (jesli znow przyjedziemy) wyprobujemy nowe wyremontowane pokoje (tzw. Queen).

I am very pleased and when I return to Bergamo I will stay to the same hotel.

The room was very comfortable very cleen and whith exceptional view. The location of the hotel is in the mmidle of the city.But whith out much noise. The breakfast covert all tastes and needs.

Ottima posizione per la colazione. Facile accesso da ogni piano avvalendosi degli ascensori che risultano sufficienti. Costo del parcheggio coperto non conveniente, ma servizio di ritiro e consegna dell'auto apprezzabile.

Hotel sa nachádza blízko Cita Alta a stanice. Bez problémov pešo. Izba bola pohodlná, čistá, posteľ vynikajúca. Uteráky nám vymenili už po prvej noci aj ďalšie dni, prádlo po každých dvoch dňoch. Raňajky formou bufetu, výborné. Spokojnost.

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, les équipements.

Un petit radiateur électrique sur roulette dans un coin mais on ne me dit pas que c’est parce que la chambre n’a pas de chauffage. Il faudra attendre mon retour du restaurant tard le soir pour m’en apercevoir et comprendre que je dois le brancher pour avoir un peu de chauffage. Dans un hôtel de cette catégorie, c’est décevant.

Emplacement parfait et petit déjeuner complet. Le personnel est souriant et aux petits soins. Bouteilles d'eau café thé. Terrasse avec vue.

Chambre à rafraîchir. Vieux tapis plein. Bruyant au niveau de la rue. Airco ne fonctionnait pas et le bain bulle non plus. Dommage que le resto du dernier étage ne fait pas bar.

Ruidoso (Obras). El mobiliario y las camas un poco desvencijado. El servicio en general bien pero alguna persona (especialmente en el restaurante "roof top") tirando a desagradable y prepotente. En general una relación calidad/precio no muy buena

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko na dworzec jak i do zabytkowej części miasta. Bardzo miła obsługa.

W pokoju który dostałem strasznie śmierdziała wykładzina, od razu trzeba było wietrzyć a i tak nic nie pomagało. Widok z okien na tyły hotelu i drugi budynek. Widać, że hotel ma już swoje najlepsze lata za sobą. Na śniadaniach tylko pieczywo i croissanty dobre, reszta bardzo średnia

Bardzo polecam

Przepyszne śniadania oraz doskonała lokalizacja - blisko i do dworca i do starego miasta. Pokój był duży z widokiem na stare miasto, na duży plus parasole przy wyjściu, nam bardzo się przydały.

Mogłoby być odrobine czyściej, widać ze wykładziny już maja swoje lata oraz nie działała nam wanna z hydromasażem

The beds were extremely comfy.

They were doing some sort of renovations in what sounded like the next room to us. The drilling started at around 7.30/8am and was extremely loud.

Springtime visit to Bergamo

Location is amazing just next to the Upper City of Bergamo but very close to Bergamo Rail Station. Bus stop of line 1 that goes straight to the airport is opossite of the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Bed was super comfortable.

Bathroom shower is not very functional. Water is spilling beyond the bath easily.
