Traumhaft

Das Hotel ist einfach traumhaft. Am einem Hang gelegen, hat man einen wundervollen Blick in die Berge. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich. So etwas haben wir bisher nicht erlebt. Wir haben hier unsere Hochzeitsreise verbracht und wir hätten es uns nicht besser vorstellen können. Es wurde sogar eine kleine Überraschung für uns vorbereitet. Unser Bett war dekoriert, und das Dessert am ersten Abend wurde mir romantischer Musik und Wunderkerzen serviert. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

le personnel est toujours là pour vous aider ou vous renseigner le restaurant et la pizzeria de l’hôtel sont vraiment très bon et vraiment pas cher une vue sur les montagnes à très agréable un grand merci à Ciara de la réception qui est très serviable et en plus elle parle français

pas grand chose à dire à part les oreillers qui sont trop fins pour dormir mais ça c’est que mon ressenti ne pas venir à cet endroit pour faire la fête , c’est extra calme

Beautiful views and friendly family hotel

The location was amazing but you need to be aware of the winding roads that lead up to the hotel. The family that own the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and varied which was very welcome and the view was great if you could get a good spot. The shower was great. The bed very comfy. Restaurant provided good food. Unfortunately we didn't time to use the spa facilities which looked wonderful especially the pool on the hillside.

Problem parking if you didn't book and pay for a reserve space at the hotel you could only park up in the town which was free and a 5 minute walk away. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and the room itself needed attention. Dining in the restaurant was ok but we had wait for clean cutlery on two occasions during our meal and our second course became a bit cold as staff were unavailable. Check before booking a table if you prefer a quieter dining experience as they have live music.

Brilliant, Enjoyable Stay In The Mountains.

The warm welcome we received when arriving at the hotel and the friendliness of all the staff. We were very lucky to have been given a room upgrade that has the 'Wow' factor. That was very kind of them and very much appreciated. Lovely room with a good view over the woodland below and beyond (see photo) Pool area is very nice and relaxing as well as the outdoor area. We ate food there in their restaurant in the evening and enjoyed it very much. (especially the octopus, the best I've had!)

I would only say the outdoor pool could have been bigger otherwise nothing else.

Wonderful honeymoon at Hotel Maramonti

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated with so much hospitality and the staff really does a lot to get to know you and make your stay great. We had a little hiccup with our booking and the staff did so much to fix it and gave us a great stay and were really helpful giving us ideas on how to spend our week in the Imagna Valley. The food was great, the view was outstanding, the spa facilities were great, and the other guests at the hotel were respectful. Def. a perfect place for a laid-back and comfortable vacation while still having the perfect amount of luxury. We were there for our honeymoon and would recommend especially for couples.

It is (I believe) allowed to smoke on the balconies connected to the rooms, and the smoke carries over into the other rooms. By the spa area the hotel has a special designated smoking area and this could have been applied for the other parts of the hotel.

Hotel above cloud nine!

The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Very helpful and everything was so cosy and clean. Very professional family based hotel. The restaurant served excellent food at a good price too. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our needs, like transfers and transport to the local town to catch a bus

No shops were open nearby, the closest bus stop to get anywhere has to be via a car drive down

Superb

I liked a lot the swimming pool and spa zone in this hotel, also the restaurant was very good, the view from the room breathtaking, the breakfast is very tasty and with a large choice of all you need.

Everything was good and comfortable, the only one disadvantage of the location where is hotel situated - there is no roads for a good and calm walk in the forest

Great place for rest and relaxation

A beautiful resort looking over the hills, food was good and reasonably priced. Spa facilities were great and treatments were cheaper than the UK I'll definitely be going back The hotel is only a 40 minute drive from Milan Bergamo Airport and there is enough to do at the hotel spa to fill several days if you want to relax and enjoy a few treatments

Well worth staying longer

Great location for house hunting in the area. Super clean and well appointed room. The pool area looked great but we arrived with a storm brewing so didn't use the facility. Dining options were also good, we used the Family's Pizzeria and weren't disappointed. Breakfast had a broad selection, served in the open Terrace area. Great hospitality with a complimentary Grappa a nice way to make our evening stay very comfortable. We'll be back

The best hotel we have ever been to. All the staff is wonderful, so caring and always with a smile. All the hotel and spa are spotless clean. Being family run, it makes you feel at home. Great hotel, food and staff

Beautiful location and views, the spa and treatments were incredibly relaxing, and the staff were all very friendly and made what would have been a good trip into a great one. The restaurant and wine selection were both fantastic.
