Great location, very clean if a little spare

Clean if a little spare. However, it’s so close to the train and bus station that you can’t go wrong if you’re there for a short stay. I could walk to the center of town in five minutes and to the seaside view in seven. This place was perfect for me since I was there just one night. Beautiful second floor terrace. Breakfast was a little spare as well, the least amount of choice on my month-long trip, but still fine with especially good coffee.

Fewer choices for breakfast than most places.

Perfect location | Comfortable facilities

Room was very modern, clean and aesthetic. The location was great, away from the centre so it wasn’t loud yet only 3-5mins walk away from it. The hotel was 30secs away from the train station and overlooked a square with a beautiful array of palm trees and plantation.

Breakfast was nice, with an assortment of meats and cheeses, pastries and fruits. However the juices and even the milk were watered down quite heavily which made for a strange, slightly unpleasant taste.

Very enjoyable, I recommend this place!

Great location! close to city center and the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff in the lobby. Free breakfast is always a win. The rooftop terrace has great views

when you reserve a room and it’s pay the property payment should be taken on day of arrival NOT A WEEK BEFORE HAND

when I reserved the room it was pay the property pay on arrival a week before I travelled out they took the full amount from my bank account £427.52 when I arrived at the hotel the women behind the desk at the hotel denied all knowledge that the payment had been taken I was trying two show her the bank app on my phone where you could easily see that the payment had been taken but she just didn’t care she wasn’t interested she was rude and horrid for me it totally ruined my few days break

Nice stay

The location was great. It was a three-minute walk from the main square, but it wasn't in the most crowded area. Also, it was really close to the train station. The room was very big and had a convenient walk-in closet. The bathroom was also very big and really comfortable. Service was very good, the staff was really nice and helpful. Although there was only one small elevator, I was always able to use it straight away.

The room wasn't as I expected, but still nice nonetheless. It was a bit dark during the day, but it lacked a gentle beside lamp, adequate for the night, there was a big one instead, that was too bright for night reading. The wifi was no useful at all, my computer couldn't connect to the wifi, or when it did, it wouldn't load anything. I ended up buying an eSIM, since I had to work.

very clean, changed our towels everyday, nice staff they were helpful. the hotel is a two step walk from the central station very comfortable, and on the main street of Sorrento.

It was superb and wish I could have stayed longer.

Location was excellent! Good bank across the street, 1 block from railroad & Airport bus. Tour Trolley/train 7.5Euros for 20 min. tour of Sorrento is across the street, best restaurants start around the corner. Breakfast buffet was excellent selection in a cozy atmosphere. My room was surprisingly modern with great restroom, soundproof, A/C, great service, friendly staff.

Elevator was extremely small. Could barely fit 2 people.

Excellent location in the center of Sorrento. Great people watching from the Balcony. Very close to the train station. Nice café down below for an afternoon drink on their patio. The room was clean. The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are a bit small but well appointed with nice private bathrooms. Easy walking distance to all the sights in Sorrento.

Room was a little small but big enough for two people on a short stay. The corner rooms are bigger and nicer if you are lucky enough to get one of them.

Great staff, great location and great value for money.

Location was perfect, close to the station and in central Sorrento. The staff were very helpful and super friendly, really made the stay even better. Very very clean too!

Great place

Great location for central Sorrento and the train/bus stations. The staff were friendly and our room was comfortable. The seating areas on the roof were lovely in the evening and there was a good variety of food at breakfast.

The shower in our room was somewhat small, there were ants in the bathroom and it was quite loud. We could hear everything within the hallway very clearly (guests talking, cleaners and other staff, doors closing...) which made it hard to sleep. The room we had was comfortable but could do with a revamp due to pealing wallpaper and damp roof.

5 minutes from Sorrento station. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable room and bed. Air conditioning. Good shower. Good breakfast. Access to sunbeds on the roof. Reliable wifi.

Very small lift - but good for just moving luggage.

Simple but very pleasant

The location was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was simple but comfortable and spotless. There's a lovely rooftop deck. Breakfast was very good.

We would have liked a.mini refrigerator in the room.

Fabulous location with very friendly front desk staff. Easy access to all of the attractions in Sorr

The location and the front desk staff, especially Francesca , were exceptional. It would’ve been nice to have some type of eggs available for breakfast.

There was some leaking of the water from the showerhead.

The room was very tiny, and the bathroom totally old school. It didn’t worth. The photos of the rooms on the booking didn’t make from our room.
