A belvárosban helyezkedik el

Az ár érték arány nem megfelelő, a szobák minősége nem egyforma. Mi egy rémesen lepukkant szobát kaptunk ahol még csak takaró sem volt október utolsó napjaiban csak egy ősrégi pokróc. A személyzet vendéggel való kommunikációja és problémamegoldó képessége fejlesztésre szorul.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Pärchen, perfekte Lage, sehr sauber! Absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse , super Frühstücksbuffet, obwohl nur 2 Zimmer belegt waren!!!

Gastgeber sind etwas reserviert, aber freundlich, was in der Nachsaison verständlich ist.

Super zentrales Hotel mit eigener Bar.

Super zentrale Lage! Gutes Frühstück und sehr schöne renovierte Zimmer. Die hauseigenen Bar auf der Dach ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Vor der Anreise haben wir die Größe unseres Fahrzeug 3 mal mitgeteilt. Die Mitarbeiter wussten das wir mit einem Kleinbus kommen. Der Preis für den Parkplatz war dann bei der Abreise jedoch deutlich teuerer als vereinbart, mit der Begründung, dass das Auto zu groß sei. Jedoch haben wir explizit bei der Buchung 3 mal darauf hingewiesen und auch gefragt ob die Größe in Ordnung wäre. Somit haben wir für 4 nächste extrem hohe Parkgebühren gehabt. Das ist einfach nicht in Ordnung. Hätten wir von Anfang an mitgeteilt bekommen, dass es keine 25€ die Nacht sind sondern 40€, hätten wir das Auto selber außerhalb der Altstadt parken können.

Es war okay, wir würden dieses Hotel aber nicht mehr buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Sauberkeit ist super.

Leider wurde alles extra berechnet, Parkplatz, Bademantel. Es gibt zwar eine sehr, sehr kleine Sauna für nur zwei Personen, wir wurden aber nicht informiert, dass wir für den Bademantel auch noch bezahen müssen. Sehr freundlich war das Klima im Hotel nicht. Bei kleine Wünschen wurden diesen eher mißmutig bis gar nicht entgegen bekommen. Das Frühstück war okay, die Produkte aber nicht sehr hochwertig, obwohl vieles in Italien wächst bzw. produziert wird. Die Zimmer sind klein und zweckmäßig. Man muss damit rechnen, nicht das schönste Zimmer zu bekommen.

In buona posizione l’hotel vanta oltre alle camere confortevoli e una buona colazione dolce e salata anche una terrazza panoramica impareggiabile con vista su tutta la laguna a 360 gradi.

Gut geeignetes Hotel für einen Kurztrip in Grado

Die Lage des Hotels ist unübertroffen gut. Toll fanden wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Kathedrale, ebenso den abendlichen Drink auf der Dachterrasse.

Die Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft mit dem Auto war kompliziert , das Frühstücksangebot war recht übersichtlich. Unschön fanden wir auch die Pappbecher im Bad zum Zähneputzen.

Location, Terraces and cocktail bar, Breakfast, Swimming pool/jacuzzi, Friendliness/helpfulness of the staff, Room cleaning.

The hair dryer in the bathroom is really old and slow. There were missing towels after a room cleaning (thankfully was the last night so it didn't matter much).

Very kind and helpful staff. Perfect location, beautiful view from the roof top bar around the city. Comfortable room, fast and efficient cleaning service. Air condition.

Great location and a nice room.

The price of a basic tripple room is too high and the breakfast is not worth extra 12 euros, even though it is good and the dinning place is cute. Also the extra parking fee of 15 euros per day is overpriced.

Charming,tasteful and top-maintained hotel with breathtaking roof terrace right in the centre

the tasteful, picco bello appearance in a top central location, the tiny, super clean and quiet room looking into a spacious yard (I got a high floor, perfect!), the nice balcony that provided shadow starting around 12 pm, perfect for siesta time book reading and in the afternoon, the excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly, great staff (even included a cappucino served to the table) on a beautiful balcony in the shadow, the breathtaking views from the huge, well maintained rooftop terrace! (rooftop bar open until midnight!)- wonderful!!

my place to go if i want to cycle to grado !

I was there for the second time and THE REASON was the ROOFTOP BAR. also very friendly staff for a spontaneous cycling trip just on my own, bike was perfectly taken care of... good clientele overall
