Beautiful place, lovely room.

I spected a more satisfying buffet. For a 5 star. The ommelet came from a plastic bag, no hot breackfast like scrumbled egs, nor sausagges. Even the deserts were from the supermarket. 16 euros . I could have eatten 3 breakfast somewhere else for that ammount.
I really liked the pallace.

What can one say about staying in this stunning palace? With all those hidden nooks & crannies, the palace is an absolute delight.

Best location in Aviles, right in the historic centre. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely atmosphere. We are regulars in Aviles and always stay at this hotel.
We only stayed one night this time and everything was great.
3.0
Beautiful facilities, room and location.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Additionally the air conditioning did not cool. Everything about the hotel is 5 stars but at the end of the day, a traveler wants a confortable bed and to adjust temperature at their convenience.

Beautiful building in an ideal location

Very nice hotel right in the center of Aviles. A very well preserved quaint building with comfortable and modern bedrooms. Working WiFi and Minibar.
The corridors and lift were a bit tricking to cross or find (but that's due to the characteristics of the old building). For a 5* hotel, the rooms were not that spacious.

Do not go to this hotel on a wedding day (check beforehand) unless you want to stay awake until the end of the party! They told us that we won’t hear anything….lies!! For a 5star hotel this is quite disappointing!

Beautiful building, that has been sensitively designed. Very interesting design. Great location, right in the city centre, with parking also.

Beautiful building and garden, excellent breakfast, right in the center of the old town.
Our room was in the new annex, right above the winter garden and we got to listen to the wedding party until midnight. Could the hotel manage rooms assignment differently?
