Buen alojamiento en una ciudad preciosa.

La ubicación, no lejos del centro pero lo suficiente para estar más tranquilos, la atención del personal, aparcar justo detrás del Hotel (q ya no es zona azul) y q solicitamos una habitación tranquila y así fué.

Si tuviera una cafetería para los q a primera hora no nos entra mucha cosa ya sería ideal, aunque pudimos tomarlo muy cerquita, zona con bastante restauración.

Très belle expérience à renouveler.

Le réceptionniste était exceptionnel, très efficace, très souriant vraiment très agréable. Rien que pour cela, nous reviendrons dans l'hôtel qui est d'ailleurs très bien situé par rapport au centre historique.

Convenient and well priced hotel at great location.

In general the hotel was quite comfortable with a nice bathroom. All was clean and tidy and the double room was spacious. Satisfied with the price of the double room. Great location.

For the single room the same price was charged as for a double room,even though it was not even half the size.

Convenient Central Stay in Caceres

Hotel was in perfect location , 10 minutes until old town and the Square with lots of activity and restaurants . Room comfy and staff friendly .Breakfast good .

Nothing we did not like however with the hotel parking be careful , it really is as staff member says , on the corner ( the slope to entrance ) - we missed it first time .

Disappointing for a modern hotel and lack of tea/ coffee making facilities in room poor

Breakfast only adequate and lacking in choice, not well maintained

Access with car on one way system is difficult for parking etc. Breakfast was only just adequate and uninspired

Nice hotel, out of the old town

We liked this hotel, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped. It is a distance out of the old town, maybe 1km or a bit more but we had no problem walking in and out every day to see the sights or eat. We had a car and managed to find street parking nearby (the road down to the public pools).

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Good size modern room and bathroom. The room had a good working aircon which is a necessity in Cáceres in summer. We were on the 6th floor and did not hear any street noises. It was also very quiet in the hotel itself. The location is very close to the city center and on an avenue with breakfast bars and shops. We arrived in the evening so we could park our car for free in the blue zone till the next morning.

The shower was not entirely clean. Towels were clean but some looked like they were a bit old. That is a shame because the rest of the bathroom is so modern and clean. Apart from that, this hotel offers great value for the price.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable. It was also very convenient for walking to the Old Town.

Breakfast was a little disappointing for us. There was plenty of choice of cold meats but very little choice for cereals or pastries, but obviously this is a personal thing.

Would recommend the Hotel Alcantara, but bring your own pillow

The hotel is easy to get to, with public parking, at a hotel discount, very nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds were hard and the European bolster pillows uncomfortably overstuffed.
