Staff were excellent. Coffee and croissant were first class. Meals were excellent. Everybody was happy and courteous.
The noise of trundling restaurant carts early in the mornings. Needed a bedroom mirror.

The website pictures are a bit muddled, and as the rooms are spread over several sites it is difficult to know what you are getting. However what a room, we had room 402. a spacious room, massive bathroom. be ready for your own personal stair case. High quality room, in keeping with the location, so its not plaster boarded, its thick stone walls. slight street noise, but we liked that, plus a jacuzzi bath. The location was perfect, very close to free car park and central to old Alcudia old town. 2 mins to breakfast and reception, 3 minutes to free car park, 3 mins to local tavernas, local supermarket, and the market on sunday and tuesdays. Breakfast is not a full English but you get choice of eggs, boiled, fried or scrambled, plus toast, ham, cheese cereal, fruit, coffee, orange juice, plenty for the start of the day. We eat at Five O diner, absolutely excellent and not expensive. We had to wait 20 minutes because the chicken was fresh and needed to be cooked not microwaved.... Alcudia new town is just a stones throw away by car, taxi or bus. We ate in Alcudia new town/ port, but found thats one to avoid, expensive low quality and Benidorm type microwaved meals.... Stay at this hotel, wander through old Alcudia, an absolute joy.
Road up to Fermentor was scary, and they have now closed it off to coaches only during high season, and i would have liked to have driven the whole way, even keeping the one eye open to the sheer drop....

Tolles Ambiente in gut gemachtem spanischen Stil. Großer Schrank, gutes Bett, großes Bad in ruhigem Zimmer. Frühstück in benachbartem Lokal richtig gut mit allem was man sich wünscht, inkl. zuvorkommendem Service. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist einfach perfekt

The air conditioner was not set up to run at this time of the year. Being Canadian it would have been nice to have the room set at a cooler temp, but it was still really nice

The rustic style of the hotel is amazing
Friendly and helpful staff.
Flushing in the toilet was broken during our stay, but it was repaired on the same day.
The shower door was untight and a lot of water was going to the floor.
The choice of food for breakfast could have been wider.

Had a lovely meal in a restaurant around the corner, but by 10pm, everywhere was closed. It was November though, and I should have expected that.

The hotel is charming and is located in the heart of pedestrian old town in one of the historic houses. Amazing way to feel the spirit of the town. The room was refurbished toa great standards - perfect comfy and great modern bathroom. We were on the ground floor so our windows opened right into tourist street (if we opened shutters). It is quiet outside at night.
There is a steak house restaurant in the same building. Our ground floor room was right next to it, so we cold hear shouting of drunk visitors until midnight.

Beautiful room , very clean , ideal location, step out of the door right into the Beautiful Old town of Alcudia, great for popping back for anything you might need or to rest.
Only two drawbacks, if you intend to return to turn in for the night before the steak restaurant closes, you will have a job to not be disturbed by the noise of the restaurant. There is an area just outside the door of the ground floor room with sofas, never did establish whether this was intended for the hotel or the restaurant? But it appeared to be an area for restaurant staff and diners to sit and chat late at night , was kind of surreal and odd to have people chatting and laughing right outside the door of the room you were sleeping in .
We cured the problem by heading out later and therefore returning after the restaurant had shut , but this might not suit everyone.

The city is very nice.. The location of Can Simo is great and staff is very friendly and helpful..
The check-in/out process takes place nearby.. And the breakfast was delicious..
The window from my room was directly above the barbecue from the restaurant below.. so it was unable to let it open..

The breakfast consisted of the same menu but you could at least ask for eggs made in different ways. The staff was nice and pleasant though.
We stayed for 14 nights. We found a raisin on the table which meant the cleaning was subpar. The toilet was leaking slightly so the urine smell was constant problem. Air conditioning was rather loud. The location is in oldtown but the rooms are located next to or above restaurant so there was constant noises from below disrupting sleep. Double bed with same sized blanket meant my wife was constantly stealing it from me and for the last 4 night or so we were given a single size blanket. Wouldn't go for the second time.

We booked at Can Simo expecting to stay in a lovely small hotel. However we were appointed a room in the yard of a steak restaurant. The room itself was clean, but the location was ridiculous. After talking with Isaac, there was an option to move to an apartment the next day, we decided to go for this as in the room you could hear guests eating and talking until late at night. The next day we were greeted by his female colleague; who was extremely impolite. The apartment was worse than the room and smelled very bad. We went back to the hotel; and were laughed at that a refund was not possible. We changed locations and slept elsewhere. False advertising to the max; be aware.

Breakfast was fine.
The reservation made by me was for Hotel Can Simo through the Booking com website.
In arrival we were given a room above a steak house restaurant in a different Hotel called Alcuduua Petit Hotel.
This was a case of false advertising .The hotel I viewed and booked along with its images if rooms was not made available and no excuse was given.

It’s located in the medieval part of Alcúdia and lots of pretty clean alleys everywhere but at this time it’s all empty and deserted (almost no people )
WiFi is not working
TV of size like a laptop and only Spanish and German channels. My guess is that the management therefore is German perhaps. Only focused on their own tourist group of people 😒which was a real pity if that’s the case I think. Wrong thinking
Isaac at the reception was very kind and did his best to try to help as well as his colleagues but it didn’t get solved over the three day stay unfortunately

Beautiful building in the heart of casco antiguo. Comfortable beds and a touch of romance.
Confusing on arrival as the office is not at the address.

It was well located in terms of the town but poorly located over a busy restaurant.
the bed was terrible, form and old. the bathroom was very old with the tap broken. Reception was in a different hotel and our room was over a busy restaurant.

The location is perfect. It was easy to park and the lady at reception was very helpful.
The room was very clean. The aircon worked perfectly and the bed was comfy.
The place looked old fashioned, thought the price per night was a bit excessive.
Breakfast only starts at 8:30.
The room was above a restaurant, was quite noisy at night (not excessive, but could still hear it from bed)

The room itself was okay and clean
The AC was very loud but we couldn’t sleep without it because then it was too hot. The location of the hotel itself is nice but our room was in the yard of a steak restaurant. So you have the smell of meat and the noise of the guest and cannot open the window because everyone would have a look into the room. We were quite disappointed :(
