Prachtig eiland maar niet dit hotel en deze badplaats

Het bed en de badkamer waren goed, de kamer op zich ook alleen heel erg kil en koud qua inrichting maar dat blijf een kwestie van smaak en de kast miste een deur

De buffetten waren niet mijn smaak en als iets op was werd het lang niet altijd bijgevuld. Tevens aanbod niet consequent voor ontbijt. Tevens vond ik de badplaats Cala Millor niet leuk. Er zijn veel leukere badplaatsen op Mallorca maar ook dat zal persoonlijke smaak zijn

Ubicación, vistas desde rooftop y trato del personal

Al llegar el agua caliente y la climatización no funcionaban, pero en 15 minutos estaba arreglado. No ofrecen alojamiento individual a través de Booking, eso también se arregló fácilmentehablandoncon Booking y recepción. La calidad del buffet es mediocre. Por ejemplo te ofrecen café molido como si fuera soluble, la fruta estaba muy muy verde... Durísima y sin sabor. En el desayuno solo hay 2 cafeteras muy lentas... Hay una cola de unos 15 o 20 minutos para hacerse un café. No hay ni una sola bebida incluida, ni siquiera reservando media pensión... 2.60 EUR por una mísera botellita de agua.

Good short stay

- Clean & comfortable rooms (nice view) - Great breakfast & dinner (good choice of products) - Closeness to the sea (+/-20 m) - Friendly staff (helpful in arranging transfers from/to the airport) - Vicinity to numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, bars...

- the sea was not too great (July 2023), a lot of seagrass, "Posidonia" in Palma, and some plastic participles. Of course, it is not the problem of the hotel. - price could be lower

They don’t have car park but free public spaces are available nearby.

Cheap and cheerful

In.a nice spot beside the beach, pool is its best asset. Room balcony was tiny and didn't get sun,g Granted it was cheap so you get what you pay for. We were only staying 3 days as we were attending a football tournament in the area and it was fine because we were not spending alot of time in the room. I would have been disappointed if I was in this room for a two week stay it was very compact!

Its definitely my favourite hotel in Mallorca! Its really beautiful, clean, with really big swimming pool, just by the beach with great view on the beach. Staff is extremally nice. Food is just amazing, Different meals each day, live cooking, barbecue, many Healthy options - most of food served is of really good quality, not deep fried, typical Spanish dishes, like really there is No need to eat outside because the food is super tasty And fresh. Huge plus for the juicer And veggies in breakfast time. Recommend it 100% And save it for the next trip to Mallorca.

Absolutely wonderful

What a wonderful hotel with amazing facilities. Could not fault anything. Great location, friendly staff, amazing selection at breakfast too. Bikes easily hired from hotel to get about also.

Hotel is 50 steps from beach. It is fabulous. Busses coming to entrance of hotel.

I am very glad that I spent my stay in this hotel. The food was unique and the price was very affordable. It is a very pleasant hotel and I recommend it even to more demanding clients. Thanks for nice stay.D.

Nice on the whole, but definitely room for improvement as far as English guests are concerned.

Fabulous location. Friendly and helpful staff.

My room was not cleaned very well - floor remained sandy, sink not adequately cleaned, and lifts appeared dirty. German guests (probably 90% or more) catered for superbly in the restaurant - massive choice. English guests not so - breakfast particularly was pretty dire. Rarely sausages to English taste, streaky bacon which wasn’t crisp, no grilled tomatoes, baked beans etc. There was, however, a good choice of fruit, cereals, breads, cheese, meats etc.

Location very central to beach and shops. Great variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. Internet connection was excellent.

Magical, restful, and brilliant place!

The breakfast was phenomenal! The spa and the gym were also great amenities to have.

I didn't really like the location and the fact that the air conditioning was always blasting in the common areas, like the bar as that was where I would work from often and I would always feel cold.

You get a lot more for the money you spend on this hotel.

It was easy to find the hotel and the staff was very friendly as well. I have to be honest and say that i was not that happy about the food. but other than athan every thing else was just perfect.

The buffet was looking really nice but the taste was no that good.
