Room was small and water wasn’t replaced in fridge.

Breakfast was very good. All the staff were great / very helpful and good humoured. Hotel was clean and in good condition.
Room was too small for 2 adults. Access to wardrobe was very difficult. Hangers almost impossible to get off and back on the rail. Passing space in room was too narrow for 2 average sized adults. Toilet was too close to the shower exit. For us it was the only negative.

Breakfast is amazing and loads to chose from, friendly staff in the breakfast room, did not use the pool as we walked to the beach most days, Reception are amazing and very helpful the book library is gret for travelers who prefer books to a kindle
Bar is lovely but unlike the hotel is very clinical also it shuts down early so a walk back from town and a drink is a no no

Really helpful staff. Everything we needed was on hand. No difficulty finding street parking. Short walk into town. Breakfast is excellent.
Nothing.

Great location between Burriana & town. Staff were fabulous. absolutely immaculate throughout.
Classic rooms are a little bit small.

Breakfast was good, though a little restricted because early in the season not many guests were staying in the hotel

Staff were very friendly welcoming and helpful at all times.Everywhere was immaculately clean, the shower was piping hot at all times of day, fresh towels were provided daily, the view of the mountains from our room was gorgeous,we opted for room only as we wanted to explore the area so can't comment on meals but the hot food we ordered in the bar was delicious. The hotel is in a quiet area but the beach is a 10 minute walk away and local shops and cafes 5 minutes away. There is a bus that takes you to Frigiliana for 1.20 euro well worth a visit.
I can't think of 1 negative comment.

The Hotel itself has good facilities. The cleaning staff and breakfast restaurant staff are a credit to the hotel . It is a 1520 minute walk ( Assuming a normal healthy adult ).
The reception staff ( Mostly male ) were a little unfriendly and appeared uninterested . Every time we spoke to reception they seem to be defense in manner rather than engaging . We felt like we shouldn't go near reception. Also there was a bar man at the bar who was a little bad mannered . We arrived back at the hotel one night at around 11 pm. we decided to get a drink at the bar. The barman was decidedly abrupt and simply said . No. We're closed without explanation or conversation. The shower/bathroom had limited supplies of shower gel and soap . Both items were in scarce supply .We asked for a supply of soaps and gel for the shower and were told quite bluntly that there none in stock. My Wife and I had stayed at this hotel on three previous occasions ( before covid ) . The reception staff at that time were top class . There was a girl from Honduras and two Spanish girls who were all very helpful and engaging . Badly missed. My Wife and now probably won't stay there again.

4.0
Staff and their very helpful and pleasant nature , the location , facilities , the general ambience and friendliness , the design , decor , layout of the hotel , the food from the pool snack bar
Trying to get a sunbed by the pool .
I know this is a problem in most places and it is first come first serve .Usual problem of people banking their beds and then going off and doing stuff elsewhere . Not the fault of the hotel to be honest but it still annoyed me.
5.0
Staff lovely. Restaurant food excellent.
Being asked to leave bag with girl on desk before going into breakfast. I think they had food stolen at some point but should ask to check bags on way out if necessary. Tea and coffe not replenished in rooms.
4.0
Breakfast good, lots of choice both catering for UK and EU tastes
Limited sunbeds and although there is a rule that states no holding beds with towels it is not enforced and at any one time 40% of the beds couldn't be used because of this.
4.5
It is a great hotel , very clean with good facilities. we only stayed one night but it really was a great find . The breakfast was great
