Cheat and lie policy

Nothing positive for this location

How persons can cheat and lie because they can make some extra money. Our reservation was cancelled by the location when we were on our way already and posted as it was our own request. Very stressful and complicated to find an alternative at 21.40 hours. Not a place to have confidence with when you are organising your holiday.

Jolie découverte à quelques encablures de Montserrat

Le cadre, le logement est dans la forêt, on se sent déconnecté. Il y a même une ferme sur place, c'est TOP. La femme qui s'occupe de nous préparer la chambre et le petit déjeuner est très gentille. Et nous sommes à proximité de Montserrat. Je recommande c'est un super endroit.

Hotel als peus de Montserrat. Habitació molt correcta. A millorar la neteja del terra de l'habitació

Hotel en una zona força tranquil·la i agradable just als peus de les muntanyes de Montserrat. Magnífica ubicació si vols fer excursions per la zona del parc natural de Montserrat. Gran facilitat per aparcar. Llits molt còmodes i tant habitació com bany remodelada i molt confortable.

Les instal·lacions en general estaven força netes (bany, roba de llit...) a excepció del terra de l'habitació, hi havia pols i alguns cabells, un punt important a millorar. Per la nit va marxar la llum i es va ficar en funcionament un grup electrogen, cosa que va fer que des de l'habitació es sentís una mica el soroll del motor (però són coses que poden passar). Com a punt a millorar, als banys generals del costat de recepció, tenen cura del medi ambient amb uns urinaris respectuosos amb el medi ambient, però no tenen polsadors temporitzats (o amb detector de presència) a les aixetes de les piques dels lavabos (amb una petita inversió millorarien molt aquest punt).

Naturaleza y tranquilidad

Vistas espectacuares, trato muy agradable y facilidad de aparcamiento. Tranquilidad de la zona y facilidades de acceso a la montaña hacen que sea una buena elección. Trato muy educado y agradable del personal del hotel (desde servicio de limpieza, atención al cliente, ...).

La moqueta de la habitación dificulta una limpieza adecuada. El servicio de desayuno un poco abandonado por falta de personal. Dificultad en el alojamiento de familias al no existir la posibilidad de habitaciones compartidas o habitaciones para mayor número de viajeros.

Excelente hotel en medio de la naturaleza!

Hotel en medio de un bosque, con personal bastante disponible, bar, gimnasio, piscina y otras cosas interesantes. Se aparca con facilidad. Habitaciones bien equipadas y limpias. Una buena opción si se está de paso y se quiere estar no muy lejos de la autopista, aunque igualmente interesante si se quiere visitar el Montserrat.

El baño está divido respecto al resto de la habitación, no por un muro, sino por por un gran cristal (como si fuese una gran pared toda de cristal), cubierto "malamente" con adhesivo, en la parte más "crítica". Os resumo...si se quiere visitar al Sr. Roca, mejor que el resto de personas estén fuera de la habitación o en el balcón!!!!. Muy "chic" como lo pensó el respectivo arquitecto cuando se diseñó el hotel, pero a efectos prácticos, es simplemente una gran tontería, que no crea más que falta de intimidad y privacidad en los huéspedes. Lástima, porque todo el resto del hotel está bastante chulo.

Very good

We were in a rush and could have just coffee, probably the best one, I've ever tried in Spain! The coffee at the lobby was !!! TOP 100% !!! The area is amazing! Our room had a beautiful view to the garden, pool and mountain Montserrat. After 23:00 it was perfectly quiet.

Beautiful location, underwhelming facilities

No A/C in the room, just a big, old, dirty, fan. Even basics like toothpaste were not provided. The food was pretty poor too.

lovely staff and comfortable rooms.

it is really a training facility rather than a tourist hotel. 100’s of company students were there. meals were all buffet and fixed price. so no flexibility. otherwise no issues at all

Had 24h reception and friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice view

Didn’t like the glass bathroom, also the plumbing has some issues because it was smelling bad at bathroom although it was clean. Loud kids in the corridors even after 10pm and no one went to quiet them. Big setback is not having lunch and dinner possibility and no healthy eating places around , had to drive to eat. Also cafeteria not open on the hours set in the plan.

Location, staff, nature and the beautiful view from the balcony. It's not the latest and trendiest place, but they started with the renewal.

In our room there was a strange smell like someone poured out some beer.

Superb

I was there out of season. The hotel, as the name indicates, is also a center for training, so you can expect to meet professional groups etc. The lcoation is a goods basis to explore Monserrat. City nearby is msall but nice with history. In my case it was a short stop before reaching Barcelona. It was avery good stay

Amazing location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized car park. Would stay here again.

The location was absolutely amazing upon a hill with views overlooking Montserrat mountain range. Each room has its own balcony which we found of great benefit to enjoy the morning sunrise. The breakfast was very adequate and tasty with a good range of options.

Some of the carpets were a little worn but this reflects the very reasonable price it costs to stay here.

Pleasant

The view is amazing and the pool is excellent. The staff was very kind to us. The breakfast is simple but there’s a nice small variety of items.

The carpet in the rooms are unfortunately full of stains and we found hair in quite a few places. When you take a shower; water goes everywhere on the floor.

Glorious hotel with all the amenities in place.

Great glorious hotel, in the middle of a kind of sierra and nice views and surroundings. Nice rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and great value for money too. You need a car to go there

There are things that look really worn and outdated (mostly the moquette ) but really, the place is great, just ignore the first impression, you'll discover a hidden gem

Uncomfortable, due to staff attitude.

Some of the staff were very kind and tried to communicate and aid us, even though we did not speak the their language. Whereas, others were incredibly rude and made derogatory comments towards me, "damn foreigner's" and another family member after trying and failing to communicate in Spanish, despite working in the field of hospitality.
