De service aan de balie was uitmuntend! Er werd voor mij ter plekke een excursie naar de Caminito del Rey geregeld! De volgende dag zelfs.

The staff were so friendly and helpful the rooms were cleaned every day there was no rushing for beds it was very quiet at night it was a lovely Spanish style hotel
It was up hill from the beach and a little old fashioned it could do with a little update

Very clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
A little noise from the road traffic but this can’t be helped.

A nice, good sized and clean room/bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Well kept and very pleasant pool and garden area. Buses going in both directions along the coast stop right outside the hotel.
A little bit of an uphill walk from the beach and promenade area.

The location. The bus stops right next to the hotel, you don t have to climb anything to reach it. This made my holiday. I have done an early check-in, the personal was very helpful accommodating my needs, They were changing the matresses in the hotel, so I presume the next guests will sleep even more comfortable than me.
Even if the hotel is close to the beach, you need to climb a small hill, so I have decided to go on a different beach, near Puerto Marina to enjoy the water. They use for a duvet a very dirty blanket, very thin. The breakfest advertise it doesn t exist anymore: one small glass of juice, a coffee, and a single toast. That's it. You can eat on the cafe down the street, 4 bus stops from the hotel, very good with the same money.

absolutely fantastic value for your money. 1 street away from beach. 10 mins from airport. hotel beautiful and clean, rooms could do with an update on decor but exceptionally clean. my room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday m. Jose-Louis who was a fabulous host was so very helpful and helped me with the buses, he was so very helpful. oh and one big bonus for me, I liked early nights after travelling and it was good to lay and watch English tv, with access to all channels like home. you don’t get this in your big hotels, I’m going to fast I was felt and treated very well in this quaint hotel and would recommend. swimming pools and gardens were very clean too. thanks Hose-Lois for making my stay absolutely fabulous.

Juan Louis from the reception desk was the nicest service person I have ever met during my travels. He was helpful with everything and gave me good travel tips. The room was being cleand everyday despite my not asking that. The location was perfect, 6 minutes from the promende and the beach.

The hotel was so close to the beach and all the cafes, bars, restaurants. It was exceptionally clean. Towels changed everyday and room cleaned and beds made. The air-conditioning was great. Nice big balcony which is a must for me. It was a lovely quiet hotel. We stayed here before years ago and I remember thinking what a little gem it was then and it still is. If not even better. Its not modern modern but its got a lovely atmosphere about it. Relaxed and chilled exactly what I needed after a busy summer. The staff were very helpful and nice. I would definitely go back again.
I can't say there was anything I didn't like. The rooms were a bit dated but to be honest the beds were very comfy and we didn't need anything else as we spent most of our time at the beach but we got a swim in at the pool too

The hotel was in walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.
The hotel had its own bar with very reasonably priced drinks.
The pool and garden area of the hotel was very nice to sunbathe around during the day.

Great location. 3 minutes walk to the seafront. Bus stop right outside hotel. Beautiful pool and relaxing garden area. Staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Adeline.
Air con in lounge didn't appear to be working. We asked about it and the lady just opened a window which didn't help as it was so warm outside.
4.0
Lovely quiet pool, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Brilliant air conditioning in the room, so effective.
A short walk (down a hill) to the beach and lovely restaurants. Great bus/train route
Coffee facilities but no coffee. No fridge in the room, but if you ask you can get 1. Mirrors not close enough to plus unless you use the bathroom 1, which wasn't a problem

staff weren’t very knowledgable on what they were doing. the rooms aren’t very well sound proofed, we could hear the plumbing every time the room upstairs used the bathroom or shower
