Good for the money

The location of facility was quite good, 2 minits walk from metro station. The room is small but it has everything that you need for stay. Private parking was also good and pretty big. Wi-fi signal was great. Hotel staff was really helpfull. All along i would reccomand this place.

Nothing much, maybe just a little strange smell of the room.

Nice one-night stay if your in the neighbourhood

For us (a family of four, with two kids) it was perfect for an overnight stay, as we were in Pilisborosjeno for the day. The room we booked was spacious, and warm inside, the shower was OK, and there was hot water. The room also had an electric kettle but no blow dryer (we got one from the reception). The staff was kind and welcoming. Parking was essential for us as we were with a car. Although there was no place to park inside the closed garden, we parked outside, and the car was right under our window. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

For those who travel without a car, the city center can be a bit far away, although, the train station is somewhere across the street. Some of the reviews mentioned that this could be an issue because of the noise, however, we had no problem with it. The doors, some of the furniture, and the place are a little bit old, and the stairs are narrow (in case you have big, heavy luggage, it might be uncomfortable to carry them up to your room.

Good value, friendly staff.

Cozy, great staff, quiet, private courtyard parking, very close to the H5 line which takes you right to the center or subway connect.

It's just a bit far. If you want to stay in town later than 23:30 there are no more trains.

A perfect option for short trips: comfortable beds, good location and friendly owner

The owner of the hotel is friendly, easy-going and hospitable. The bed was highly convenient, and despite the cold weather outside, it was warm inside. The hotel is near the train station (2 minutes on foot), and it takes around 20 minutes to reach the centre of Budapest by that kind of transport.

A little bit noisy because of the nearby train station, yet it wasn’t troublesome.

We was traveling from Germany to Bulgaria and we wanted to sleep in the night and we choosed that pansio but it was terrible .. we didnt sleep all night bcs the garden was in front of our room and there was people late night drinking and walking around …

The owner is a kind and responsive person and communication with him is good. Note that the car park is not very big and once it is full you will have to park your vehicle outside. The location is good, but for guests with a car. I have no idea how the public transport is like stops and time to the city center.

In the room under the bed there was an empty coke bottle that was not thrown away. It would be good to pay a little more attention to cleanliness. That's all - good for the money.

The pension is immaculately clean and tidy and that is the most important thing for us when choosing accommodation. The bedding is white and fragrant. The family room with an external bathroom we booked is actually two rooms, one of which is a triple and the other a single room. This surprised us a little because it was not indicated anywhere, but it did not create any difficulties for us. The rooms are not large, but they are quite enough for a rest after a day spent walking around the city and for an overnight stay. One room has a fridge and kettle, glasses and cups. The bathroom is neat and clean. We knew we needed to bring our own shower gels and shampoos as they are not on the content list. The owner is kind and speaks good English. He gave us all the necessary information. Although we arrived by car, we left it in a secure car park in the courtyard of the pension and used public transport which works great in Budapest. The pension is well connected by train to the city center and the station is located very close to the pension. There is a vending machine on it where you can buy tickets. We did not have breakfast at the pension. For us, Irisz panzio was great value for money.

I would definitely reccommend this place to others.

Train station was very close, we got to the centre in about 25 minutes. Room was big enough, clean, comfortable, even a kettle and a small fridge was there.

Pleasant stay in warm hotel

The owner was the only Hungarian that has a smile on his face. The location is 3min walk from the train H5 that you can use to the center station Betthyany and leave the car at secure parking in hotel. Owner also brought a bottles of vine for new year into the room for celebration.

The room was a little tight and therefore the closet is small, but it is ok for this budget. Also, the bathroom is private but across the hall so you need to dress up in case if someone see you.

Cozy clean room with garden view close to supermarket and public transport

i really liked the trees and green hedges in front of my window. I booked the smallest room, which was 15m2. big enough. bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet because of the little garden in front of my room. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and shower worked very well. The room was well heated ( i was there in Novmber). The stuff was friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast but they provided me plate and knife for the room. Little Tesco Supermarket and public transport stop 3 min away, Price of 28 Euro per night is a very good deal!

Depending on what you want to do in Budapest, the location could be a little far away from the citycenter. But Public Transport is very close anyway.

It was a great stay. The location is perfect, close to a train stop to the city, you can park there your car and there are many shops where you can grab something to eat. The owner is very nice as well.
