Location
Staff cold and not very helpful with any of our questions

Location, good shower
Old furnished rooms, very poor Wi-Fi, only 2 car spaces in place (additional cost of 10 euros). We had to park at the public car parking space at the entrance of the village - not too far, but also not close.

The location is optimal. It is centrally located and near everything you could ever need in this small, charming town. The room (junior suite) was clean and it had a great view of both the city and the landscape. Though the town was busy at night, it never seemed too loud while inside. The sauna is a nice thing to take advantage of, too.
The exterior of the hotel itself is beautiful, but the rooms and spa, we felt, were a bit outdated. We’re not sure if it was worth the value, but we enjoyed our stay in the end. We paid a lot for two nights — granted, we went during winter peak season so it was expected) — but we just hoped for more given what we paid.

Really friendly staff and very comfortable room right in the town center.

Location, rooms, views
I didn't like the manager at all he is a very mean person. We arrived late that night because we was traveling from milan and we got lost and plus we didn't have internet connection to let them know about our late arrival, when we got there it closed and we call the guy we explained to him and he was angry on the phone, he didn't do anything, that room that I booked was for my two nephews, they ended up sleeping in the car on a could night, the next day we did check-in and he was so mean, the hotel is beautiful and perfect location, but the staff they don't know about customers service, and the worst part I still have to pay in full for that night that my nephews sleep in the car, we been traveling many countries on vacation and never had an experience like this, I never recommend this place, if someone is planning to stay here think it twice!

The hotel has a spa area with sauna and Jacuzzi which is great for sore muscles after skiing. The breakfast had a good selection of both sweet and savoury. We had the junior suite which is very spacious and super comfortable beds. Although right in town it's quiet in the evenings.
Being from the uk, I would love to have a kettle in the room but apart that we didn't miss anything.

Hotel is in the middle of Moena and next to the river. Its location is perfect.
Room was very clean and big enough for two people.
There is no onsite parking but free parking place is only five minutes walk.
There are several good restaurants around as well as their bistro that you can enjoy.
Staff is super nice , kind and helpful.
