Hotel casero, intimo,

La ubicación, el trato del personal, independencia para entrar y salir, si quieres levantarte tarde no te molestan, el desayuno estaba bueno , desayuno típico.español, tostada cafe zumo, la cama era comoda, valoro mucho la almohada eran cómodas y dobles, tiene aire acondicionado o calefacción, armarios, tiene wifi.

No hay secador pelo, pero no se si había porque me lleve el mio , lo mismo si pregunto habia, falto un poco intimidad en la ducha es abierta al dormitorio, las mesillas inestables y falta enchufes.

Superb

It was a beautiful room and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

There was only one area for improvement that I could see and that was the paintwork in the bathroom around the bath that needed redoing. Apart from that, it was delightful!

very enjoyable and as I said the staff was incredible!

The staff was amazing incredibly helpful I have stayed in 5 star hotels that can learn something from the custom service provided!

The room is showing it’s age but for the price I really can’t complain.

Hotel is in a great location, clean & modern too with everything we needed for our stay

no swimming pool!! but not a problem tho as we realised most properties don’t have them in the location

Superb

Veronica was an absolute star, changed our room as I would be too tall for the attic rooms, stored our shopping in the fridge as we were heading home on a Sunday and supermarkets were closed. Couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast simple but good and reasonably priced at 7 euros.

A bit noisy late at night with people heading home from the restaurants especially with the balcony doors open. Not sure the courtly garden was open but looked a bit tatty. Good look try to find parking is all I’ll say. It seems the best free parking just outside the old town by a dried river.

Big ten all round!

Great hotel right it the centre of things. Clean artist styling. You can feel the thought and care and Veronica was super helpful on how to see the best of the town in a night and great recommendation to eat at night.

We loved it all.

I understood that parking was available but was told, on arrival that there was none available. I had to park some distance away in the street which was tricky given the very narrow network of streets in Caravaca.

A welcoming place to have a good rest

Small hotel with a lot of character located right in the historic centre .

We would have appreciated a complimentary bottle of water in the room as it's almost impossible to find a shop in the historic centre. It would also be nice to have a kettle in the room to prepare a coffee in the morning since the hotel bar is closed.

Very good

checking in with mobile telephone. prefer key system. Much prefer reception to be human rather than electronic. Feels too remote. If this method becomes normal then we would probably stop using any hotel incorporating it. Reminds me of the French "De Nuit" hotels. Travellers hotels for one night stops and good for nothing else.
