Food was great and wine with dinner was not at all bad. Room was very spacious despite having read reviews to the contrary. Was nice to have a steam room and jacuzzi - we didn't use the pool. Good value.
Can't really comment on the location as we had a car and drove to Ardent each day.

comfortable family room for a couple and two teenagers.
water took ages to heat up for a shower

dinner was an unexpected surprise.
swimming pools and spas are looking tired. Mattress was uncomfortable.

The location was great, free parking available as well as a shuttle bus to the slopes/town centre which was also walking distance. There was lots going on at the hotel, entertainment everyday for children and adults. Two swimming pools, steam room and jacuzzi which were welcomed after a day skiing. The restaurant had a varied buffet for breakfast and dinner including themed nights with attentive staff. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely shower. There was also a ski hire shop in the grounds.
If I had to say something I would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room and maybe a fridge. Also the chemicals in the jacuzzi were a bit strong.

nice atmosphere, great food

The room was lovely and spacious with a stunning view of the mountains. The buffet was excellent with fantastic food and we loved having use of the pool and the hot tub! The welcome croissants and refreshments were lovely. we also enjoyed watching the deer on the hill whilst we ate breakfast! The room and hotel was also lovely and warm with a decent shower in the room!
The chlorine in the hot tub was very strong!

Lovely view from room, breakfast very good and swimming pool was great.
Small room, basic.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Morzine. Our room was really spacious and the balcony had a fantastic view of the mountains. We stayed during the summer season so we enjoyed the outdoor pool. The other facilities including the indoor pool and jacuzzi were also excellent. Great breakfast selection too. I would recommend to couples and families.
The balconies didn't have dividers so it felt like you were sharing with everyone on your floor!

location is fine, just about walkable in ski boots

homely, well maintained, everything you needed. great food and fun entertainment.
pool area and jacuzzi area could do with a make over but all very functional.
4.2
friendly, good food, good facilities
a bit tired looking, did not like being told where to sit for meals. cover the outdoor pool over as was a bit of an eyesore

Great value for money and a large room. There is a bus service in the town and at the hotel. Buffet service worked well for our large group but may not be ideal for everyone.
4.2
Breakfast was complete with plenty of choices. good location, great out-door and indoor swimming pool.

- Friendly staff.
- Great location. Easy parking even during the busiest days.
- Two pools and a nice private outdoor area with lounge chairs, where you can observe baby deers (and come close to feed them if you're lucky).
- Good drinks during buffet meals.
- Gym in a separate building with glass walls — amazing.
IMO this can be a good option if you don't care much about extra facilities like gym or sauna, don't rely only on having meals only at the hotel, and don't expect plush beds. However, if you're a more careful planner and don't like negative surprises, this objective feedback might help:
Big negatives:
- The food quality was way below par for the price we paid for our stay. Breakfast pastries were quite stale. There was seemingly a lot of choice and variety during buffet meals, however most of the food options were disappointing. I'd recommend eating out instead, the town has plenty of restaurants that serve amazing food for the around the same amount of money. Also visit Les Gets nearby for an amazing burger and fish salads at Blackbear.
- We had been given an extremely spacious room but, unfortunately, discovered that all mattresses and pillows were worn out and in a really bad shape. We've enjoyed the extra space but if you come for a long stay, I'd recommend specifically requesting a room with the best quality beds available, otherwise a holiday with back & neck pain is guaranteed.
- The wifi was promised but in reality it was totally unusable.
Nitpicks that can be easily ignored:
- Quite a few rooms' balconies or windows face the hotel's kitchen facility (I assume), so it was impossible to open the door/window for fresh air due to *intense* cooking smells coming out of the kitchen from late afternoon to bedtime and fill the room.
- SPA area was quite small in reality, the hammam room did not have water hoses or other means to clean up the sitting areas. On the plus side, it was open for most of the day and there was no over-crowding even though there were a lot of guests at the hotel.
- The 1.5 meter distancing requirement due to COVID was not being respected at the restaurant at all.

Superbe hôtel, personnel au top !

Superb hotel, great facilities, super friendly staff
Breakfast was really shameful... not a priority for me so it was hard to disappoint me but really: automated machine for coffee worse than on highway stops, no fruits available at least not after 9:15am till 10. Couple of decent pastries, basic cheese no selection, etc..
