A lovely stay in Cala Llonga

The location is near the beach within walking distance with plenty of shops and amenities to meet pretentious expectations. There is a fridge in the room and the air con facilitates a pleasant stay.

A 2 minute walk to the a stunning beach, amazing views and vibes. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back next year

great price, excelllent location and lovely and clean.

location is perfect, 30 second walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Rooms are basic but very neat and tidy, aircon works well and the bathroom was clean and shower was powerful. Pool was nice although we didn’t swim in it and Carlos is very polite and helpful.

nothing much although I think someone may have smoked in our room before is did smell a little. however, we left windows open and was not that bad.

Great location in the heart of Cala Llonga

Great location and host, with added bonus of double glazed windows. So super quiet location. Great views up the valley.

Oven didn't work so couldn't self cater, bath and sink plugs did not seal, so no baths possible.Wc pan seems to be leaking at the back so had to ensure always left toilet flushed. Noisy yappy dog at one of the surrounding properties meant that you couldn't leave windows open without being disturbed by barking from early morning to late at night - Pity really.

Apartment was small, noisy and overpriced.

Friendly owner and property was clean. Owner responded promptly to requests for a key for the safe and a chopping board.

The patio door lock was broken and we could not lock the door. The music from the pizzeria restaurant downstairs was quite loud until midnight. Unfortunately there was a group of young men staying in another 2 apartments and they were very noisy playing music at all hours. The pool was in need of renovation, very run down and was only open after midday. This was disappointing. I would not recommend this apartment to families with children due to the noise and poor access to the swimming pool. Although this was a 2 bedroom apartment and advertised to sleep 6, the general lounge area, kitchenette and balcony were not really big enough for us as a family of 4.

Disappointing

Location is fine. Near to beach and shops. Convenient parking. Fine if you want a cheap location and dont expect any luxury.

Its old. Shower has tiny boiler so no way 4 pers can use it after each other. Hardly any dishes + glasses. Most of the appartment is held together by paint and sheer stubborness.

Exceptional

The apartment is clean and has a lovely view to the beach! We arrived in ibiza erly and Carlos was very nice to allow us to to check in at 12pm instead of 14pm. Also to ckech out at 12pm instead of 11am! There is a nice pizza restaurant in the front of the building and a few restaurants and bars around. We were here in the end of April and it was more like a local area, not many tourists. Travel to Ibiza city by taxi was around 20 euros. And to airport 25 euros.

The bed wasnt confortable.

For the price it was OK

Nice location in the middle of town.

Small rooms and the apartment is not very well equiped. The beds are not comfortable at all and the floor was sandy/dirty. For the price it's OK but I wouldn't come here again.

Good location.

The rooms are very clean. The host was nice and Carlos was very accommodating/helpful.

There is only one air conditioning/heating unit in the flat and when we came and the weather was cold. I slept on the sofa the whole stay as the room on the left was truly cold. There was also a painting that was on the wall that fell on my daughters when they were sleeping. There are no basic toiletries provided during our stay even just some to last for a day. As there is a kitchenette too, it would have been good if there is a new dish scrubber and some dishwashing liquid. There were very loud noises in the morning and late at night.

The location is only few meters from the beach which is absolutely amazing, specially if you enjoy sunrise
