Absolutely beautiful, well taken care of.
Nothing. Would come back again

Pool is really refreshing and swimable (cca 13m long), covered parking place, lady Laura is familiar and all troubles can solve out immediately. Air condition/heating system over all rooms in apartment (above the pool). Staying there was definitely positive experience.
Narrow entrance gate but get used to it finally. Tesla model 3/Y can handle it with 5cm gap on each side:)

It’s a historic place. Easy access to Rovereto and the area around. Lake Garda is less than 1 hr driving.

The hotel is beautiful, we received a warm welcome from Laura and Andreas and lots of information about what was available. Laura is a wonderful host. The breakfast is generous and parking on site was easy.
Laura signed us up to the tourist card which gave us free entry to all the museums .
Nothing, it was a perfect experience. I just wish we had booked for 3 or 4 nights instead of 2.

the place is super quiet, we can get into the hotel by car, directly to the parking place, then go into the hotel. easy checkin and nice lady she was waiting for us, she is very nice. and we made the appointment for swimming pool of the next day, because it is private for the family. in the winter the temperature was ok for swimming too. we really had nice experience here! thanks:)

Wonderful place with a nice pool, outstanding hosts, and fantastic restaurants.

Highly recommended. Lovely property with a really interesting history involving Mozart. Ask about it when you stay there!
Laura, the host, is very friendly and approachable, and truly loves what she does. A veteran professional of the tourism industry, she anticipates your needs and makes herself available to help with whatever you need. We arrived later than expected and she came over in 2 minutes to make us feel at home as we checked in.
The building is charming, the grounds of the whole property feel like stepping into 15th century luxury. And add the enclosed pool and proximity to great restaurants (especially the Vineria, where Laura got us a last-minute reservation for a great dinner), this is a really comfortable experience.
So nice to be in a small town, a good change of pace and respite between our visits of other larger cities.

Great location outside the city with a nice view and close to a sweet little village for the evening.

Very friendly personnel. Great views.

Very nice staff, really cool location, nice swimming pool, had a place to put our bikes overnight, great breakfest
We had the room fitted for disabled people. This room is located in the basement of the building and thus windows are high up. You will have plenty of daylight but no view of the beautiful landscape. Also the room was not fitted with a shower curtain. So we ended up with a completely wet floor in the bathroom...

The location history is excellent and close to a distillery. Receptionist Laura was splendid.
The apartment was poorly lit

Hotel building and facility are based on the old building, and it has been renovated in a very good shape. Basically the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and peaceful. (we arrived at the hotel a little late afternoon, so our kids could not enjoy pool, but our family was able to just walk at the hotel garden and around hotel.) Hotel room was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Due to the counter-measures for Covid 19, the refrigerator did not have any drink and there was not glass in the room, but I was able to buy some drinks like beer, wine and etc. and got the glass for such drinks at the reception. The owner was very kind. Overall, though we had a short 1 night stay, our stay was very relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable at a very nice atmospheric hotel.
Nothing, but it will be probably necessary to go to the hotel by car. (I am not sure if there is any public transport around there.)

We were welcomed by manager Laura who told us about the history of the building. Our room was spacious with a sofa bed for our 9 year old son. Everything was very clean. Even with covid-19 measures in place our stay was very comfortable. We highly recommend the palazzo!

Greeted with a big smile! We got offered to switch rooms to have our rooms close together which was super nice. One of the rooms came with a little balcony looking at the property. The rooms are very clean, with modern and functional furnishings against the ancient walls.
The castle is split into two parts, one part is converted into guestrooms, the other part offers some larger rooms for rent for private events.
All great!
