Amazing service and facilities !! Beautiful spa and thermal baths!!
For a wellness report maybe more vegetarian options

It was an excellent stay. The apartment was a great "budget" option for experiencing the location and the Therme, they had gorgeous gardens, and everything was beautiful!
Apartments don't have a phone, so you've got to go to reception directly, but this wasn't too big an issue.

The establishment is certainly beautiful! Really elegant and grand. Staff was super nice and the room was beautiful.
The dinner restaurant is very overpriced, the quality is acceptable, but far from being able to justify 30+ euros for a main. I ordered baked potatoes (which were clearly of the frozen type) and they charged them as a "custom second main", around 30 euros.
Another point is the actual spa. Beautiful and charming, but way overcrowded. One chooses this hotel also because of the spa, but when you let in so many people not guests of the hotel, it gets too busy.

Struttura ottima, qualità ottima, pulizia camera impeccabile

This hotel is absolutely stunning. We were accommodated in the annex, which was amazing. We also had our own secured garage in a secured underground garage. The Thermal Spa facilities are amazing and were included with our stay. We certainly made use of them during the 2 nights we stayed here. Some of the pools were closed for refurbishment / expansion so we had a surprise free night reward gifted to us at the end of our stay, for any QC spa hotel valid for 2 years! Breakfast was very good and served in an amazing ball room (dinner is also here). The location and views were absolutely amazing,
We arrived early evening on our first night so explored the spa and popped into Bormio after for a bite to eat rather than eat in the hotel restuarant. The town is a 5 mins drive down the hill. Plenty of choices. Day 2 we decided to eat in, for my wife's birthday. Despite the hotel having our passport details nothing special was laid on or left in the room for her. Perhaps I needed to mention it - other hotels typically do this by default. Dinner felt very formal (although dress code not strict) and very expensive. Almost Michelin style. Not that it wasn't nice but just not my thing. Felt awkward with the waiters constantly watching you, pouncing on you as soon as you were finished with a fork or similar. Drinks were very expensive here too, €10 for a beer! That said, our room was set up for self catering so we made use of the local supermarkets and had a drink or tow in our own garden seating area.

Location and hotel environment
There were construction at the spa that definitely ruined the atmosphere . The property knew and tried to compensate offering a coupon for a future stay. We would have prefer to know in advance

The apartments was fantastic and the spa was amazing as usual. This is my third visit to this hotel. Always recommend it to friends and family.
The breakfast was a bit too bland for me.

I like to have terms just in the hotel, big variety and good location.
we didn’t like that during our staying for a week, aperitif every day was exactly the same, same snacks same chips…as a 5 star hotel would be fine to make it a bit different every day…it’s so many types of pizza in Italy, come on.
Also breakfast - it is big variety of food, but SAME every day: same cheese and same cold
cuts :/ no changes.
In our room also it was all the time smell of the grey (toilet water), maybe in general, maybe you can smell it from other rooms - but really not nice :/
The last thing - if you confirm cancellation of the massage service, since we called to warn that we are not coming, Whould be good to tell us that we PAY anyway!!! For the massage that we didn’t even have

I liked the design of the hotel, I like things with history, the staff is very polite and helpful, that's all!!!
my impression was spoiled initially, when they charged me 1800 euros for two and one child for two days, it turned out two rooms and the child was considered as an adult. We had to win dinner for the child, the restaurant must be ordered two days in advance at the hotel, despite the fact that you are a guest. the spa is not only for guests, it is for everyone for money, you stand in line to get into the sauna or just go through. you will not rest and enjoy the thermal water! it will be a cauldron in hell. look at the photo where the bathrobes hang and you will understand everything. old towels with stains, dirty blankets,. there are no round tables with a tablecloth in the restaurant, there are old wooden tables with white napkins on them, and they explain that the covid period has not ended! come on! what about the thermal pool? if you didn't manage to get to dinner, don't be sorry, catering food has never been tasty, the buffet leaves much to be desired. you can’t go in the gym early morning, you must wait 8.30! this is not 5 stars, an inspector is urgently needed!
