Ohne den Abendlärm wäre es perfekt. Oder man geht spät schlafen

Sehr geschmackvoll, schön und komfortabel. Eine grüne Oase zum auftanken. Sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Alles bestens.

Leider ist das Hotel durch seine Nähe zum Strand auch direkt bei den Lokalen, die bis mindestens 1 Uhr früh sehr! laute Musik spielen. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man nicht schlafen.

Wonderful relaxing stay and great food!

The staff is so friendly and polite. The manager was courteous and on top of everything.The pool area was so calming and felt private. Such great food in the restaurant! Their breakfast is also absolutely amazing. Loved their caipirinha! A must try. So close to the beach and the other attractions.Would definitely come back here

The room was a little dark at night, the lighting was not enough and it gets loud at night so get your earbuds to sleep

Amazing experience

Everything was perfect, from the location to the swimming pool, to the gargantuan breakfast! P.s. If you ware going to do paragliding, you will land in front of the hotel, super covenient.

A beautiful oasis by the beach

The location is perfect. You leave the hotel and you are directly at the beach. Next to the hotel there is a market, a taxi station and lots of bars / restaurants. During breakfast you can enjoy watching the paraglidings landing in front of the hotel. It is just amazing.

very nice hotel in very noisy area

amazing wonderful breakfast. huge are near pool with lot of shade. many different comfortable places in there yard. very good restaurant on the terrace

Wonderful stay - after 30 years from our first visit. Oludeniz has changed a lot. A little too touristy for us but Jade

The property lived up to previous comments. Hidden Oasis - gem! 10 rooms no kids, we had 3 rooms (adult children). The noise was a slight factor at night as previously mention - we were ready for it. We stayed sat-sun-Mon nights - Monday was the loudest? Definitely recommend

Nothing! The last morning we ordered breakfast as we needed. The first two mornings we felt too much food was brought out and was wasteful (albeit wonderful). So much cheese per couple etc. my suggestion is to order just what you feel like.

A quiet, stylish, intimate hotel with a superb location on the Oludeniz beachfront.

A superb location on the beach but at a slightly less hectic end of the main area. Fantastic roof top restaurant with an exceptional full Turkish breakfast as part of the deal. Such helpful staff and the pool area is a real oasis. Only 10 rooms do a very relaxing hotel.

Beautiful and tranquil location right on the beach

beautiful, serene property and a great location right on the beach. staff can’t do enough to help you and make you feel like a valuable guest

only two small criticisms 1) not much space/storage for clothes to be unpacked to in the room, drawers etc 2) very little sun around the pool (that said perfect for some comfortable shade after too much sun on the beach

A beutiful oasis

The pool area of the Jade was a lovely oasis of tranquillity away from the liveliness of the beachfront which was straight outside through the big wooden doors. The staff were all very freindly and attentive with a special mention to Deniz the manager and Honour who served us breakfast every morning.The rooftop restaurant was also very nice which looked over the beach. The meals were the best we found in Oludeniz.

Nothing negative about the hotel however Oludeniz itself although a beautiful setting was a bit more commercial than we expected.

Amazing stay at jades residence. Staff really go above and beyond. A big thanks to deniz who opened the restaurant at 2am and ordered food for us aswell as answering all the questions we had for him. Also honour at the breakfast table. Seeing his warmth and smile. A warmth and very hospitable. Beautiful location at the terrace and the pool is inviting.

Noise disruption being so close to the clubs but nothing against the resistance.

The best place to stay for couples

This is a gem right on the beach with a beautiful garden oasis. The restaurant is on an elevated balcony. The quality of the food was exceptional. It’s a boutique resort of 10 rooms and a lovely pool.

The rooms were a little dated but the property made up for it tenfold.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service!

Jade Residence is a beautiful and clean hotel with an amazing service. The restaurant was really good and has a nice view on the beach. The breakfast was delicious. You can indicate your preferences and your breakfast will be served at the table. We also went for dinner and enjoyed the sunset. The public beach of Ölüdeniz is just across the road. You can also visit Kumburnu Plaji/Blue Lagoon which is at a 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There is also a shopping area in Ölüdeniz at walking distance. For visiting Fethiye city center there are taxis available nearby the hotel. Many thanks to Deniz and Nilüfer and all other staff which were incredibly friendly and helpful. We really loved this place.

beautiful & cozy place with amazing service

Beautiful hotel, amazing stuff and service, clean and cozy. Just across the road from public beach or you can chill next to the pool. Breakfast is delicious and served at the rooftop of the hotel, where the bar/restaurant is.

Wifi is quite patchy, on and off all the time. But the biggest challenge was the noice at night, as the whole street turned out to night clubs with music screaming like crazy from 11-1am. So if you plan to sleep earlier it’s quite a challenge

We stayed at 2 other places in Oludeniz and Jade Residence definitely has the best breakfast. You order eggs and a variety off breads, cheeses, fruits, olives, jams, etc. etc gets brought to the table. Service here is really amazing having breakfast on the terrace and seeing that beautiful beach. 10/10 to Onurr. He was always helpful and smiling.

I had the attic room and the only problem we had was that my husband is a very tall man and bumped his head a few times lol!!! But I must also add when we arrived Deniz the manager saw how tall my husband was and could offer us a normal room for 1 night, which was very kind of him.

Stunning property, with beautiful pool area for the ultimate relaxing holiday

The property was stunning, on the coast and extremely central. it was an old residence with beautiful established foliage in the terrace where the pool was. it was unbelievably relaxing. what stood out for us was the staff and the service. The staff, particularly Onor, couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating.

The room in the attic wasn’t as comfortable as the rest of the property and for that reason I think the value for money for what room wasn’t great
