The breakfast was amazing.We had it in Lobby Cafe for 2 days.Room was big and comfortable.Toilets were clean with 24/7 hot water.

One Housekeeping staff is rude and arrogant.We ordered extra towels and the staff delivered it but once she delivered,she decided to take it back as she observed that there was already a towel.There was no master power switch hence we had to find individual switch and switch off individually.Once current goes off and generator gets switched on,TV switches on automatically which is disturbing at nights.

No staff assist during the check in time. Duty manager act like a owner of the property. He simply told, this one available not even check in the system. Room Land phone not working, kettle not working. tollay poor response.

The location , food and rooms were good but bathrooms were a bit old and mouldy smelling in one of the rooms

The staff behaviour was pathetic. Pavithra and Vinod in reception were rude and not helpful or receptive to any queries. The only reason to write a comment is for quality improvement I have nothing personal against anyone but the service left a lot to be desired for . May not stay again for the same reason

Overall our stay at Radha Regent from 16-31 Dec 2022 was good.

Complimentary breakfast all days was awesome and service was excellent.

a) Bathroom- should provide a hand shower, shower area rather than a bathtub. b) WiFi-should auto connect when guest enters hotel and not prompt to login again & again. c) Room main card-had a hard time going to the reception to recharge every moment we leave hotel & return back. It is very troublesome and time consuming especially when we return back to rest. d) Hotel should supply free bottles of mineral water rather than RO water for all rooms. e) Was offered a twin-bed room for 3 pax and charged for extra bed which is not justifyable since my online booking was for 3 pax with a King size bed in the first place.
