Breakfast is good and location is good
The woman at the reception was very rude and not service friendly. Have been at Holiday club Saariselka many times but first time to meet this front desk woman. And after this horrible reception aditude, I will NOT visit again. Did also ask for a room closer to reception because of bad knees. Not just a bad aditude and poor/bad service, she also gave me a room as far back/away at the hotel as possible.
And the spa is still very bad, very cold water at the pool, and the "new" steam room is still a engineering flopp. They know about this issue after a few years of feedback about this. Still nothing is done!!! What is it with Holiday Club management? At least it's not to make guests to enjoy and be comfortable.
It's very important to have a service friendly person at the frontdesk/reception. You NEED to fix the problem with the steam room, such a small cost to fix. It's just lack of will to do it.
Keep the pools at all the Holiday Club pools warm, not as cold as you have had it the past year +. If you got pools for relax and comfort at your resorts, a cold pool does not save the world, will just give you unhappy guests and fewer guests.

1. No washer even for an extra fee (how is it possible for 4-star hotel?)
2. We had a reservation for a pool. The pool wasn't working before 14-00, and our check out 12-00. We asked to take it off from payments in this case, and the answer was "It is not possible". You stay and pay what you reserved, or you leave. 10 o'clock in the evening - a very good moment to think about another hotel in the wilderness!
3. Cast for the cat was 35 euro! (not mentioned in list of prices)

Well breakfast was okay. I love when there is pancakes as dessert 😍.
Well it was average, nothing special. When im traveling to north i wanna see something what you cant experience in metropolitian are or somewhere else. Example, when i was in utsjoki, the hotel there was old and looked like vintage school building but it was just perfect 10/10 to that place. Breakfast, customer service everything nailed in that place.

The Aroma sauna (if it had been 80 c hot). Firewood and open fireplace in the suite was very nice.
Breakfast. Also our room was far away from the reception, and it is very inconvenient to walk through the corridors, and many doors, so we walked to our room via outdoors. The Aroma sauna was not hot enough, otherwise it was lovely. Coffee at breakfast was not much to talk about.

Good breakfast, good bed and location.
Some kind of mini fridge should be included in this kind of room price.
