Disappointing for 300 euro per night!!

Location was good.

Plumbing in room..toilet running and not flushing properly. Handbasin plug not functioning, reported-no follow-up. Group of local men smoking in dining area watching sport coverage,despite being smoke free zone, on a few occasions with no follow-up by management when reported. Felt management were aware, and didn't care.

Felt very safe and cared for

I loved the hotel the room was very comfortable and had room service 24 staff. Felt safe and welcomed. Spa was good too. Had to pay separately though. It would have been nice if there had been a kettle and tea.

Relaxing family fun

The people working in the hotel were amazing - really friendly and helpful. We would go back just because of them. Nothing was too much trouble. We wanted extra hangers and I think they just went to a shop and bought a load! The location of the hotel was great for going out in the evenings and for exploring the island. Our rooms were excellent with very comfortable beds, great air con and good bathrooms

It would have been nice to have free access for the pool. At breakfast the choice ran out very quickly in the mornings and it was generally a bit limited. They closed all the windows on the terrace, but then still allowed smoking which was really unpleasant and made it pretty unusable.

Central location, great stay

Lovely and friendly staff. Very central location right in the main plaza in the heart of Agrostoli. Clean rooms and air conditioner worked well.

Breakfast wasn’t very good - outdated and not many options.

Excellent spot in the square, sat at night on the balcony watching the world go by

Breakfast a little predictable needs to change every 2/3 days maybe, apart from that everything was good, when the pool and spa are finished that will make a big difference

I don’t think anything can be changed which would have made our stay any different

Overall it was ok, but would not stay there again.

Great location, comfortable beds

The hotel is dated. we “upgraded” to a large family room with a hot tub but the tub didn’t work (did not heat water). The air conditioning in the room was not right: One bedroom had a unit too big and the rest of the suite had a unit that was undersized. There AC units were pretty loud. The toilette had a glass sliding door so there was no privacy.

Very comfortable room and good position on the main square.

our stay included breakfast from 6:30 to 11:30am but when we went at 9:00am there wasn’t any cooked breakfast( omelette!) left and it had all gone and they weren’t cooking anymore!!! Not great service!!

Staying in Skala for two weeks. Hotel was excellent for a night in the capital.

Loved the location and view from the good sized rooms. Would choose again.

Reception let us in our room early as it was ready. Lovely balcony with chairs looking out over the square. Perfect. Breakfast good and could eat either outside on the terrace or inside. Hot food as well as cold. Would use this hotel again as it is in the centre of Argostoli and has say access to restaurants shops, and walks by the harbour.

The breakfast not always laid out in order where you could find things a bit confusing but this was a small matter.

Well worth a visit. Location excellent and rooms modern and well appointed.

Location was excellent in the centre of the city. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops close by. Room was a good size with very modern furniture and fittings . Mattress was very comfortable. Unfortunately due to a late arrival we were too late for dinner. Breakfast buffet served on the terrace overlooking the main square - good selection and quality of food. Staff were polite and helpful. Would book again !

Open plan shower room with courtesey curtain provided. Seemed a little pointless as the very well equipped and modern shower room would have been appreciated just as much had there been a proper door to the room.

Superb

Took the penthouse suite with outdoor hottub. Obviously enjoyed the hot tub a lot. Location of hotel is great.

Facilities and the room feel quite old. Without the hottub part, it would have been underwhelming for the price. Still a bit too expensive for the value.

The location excellent, the view from the deck was fantastic and it was very clean.

They didn’t offer us breakfast, the rooms wEre very tight quarters and needed to be renovated, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower was far too small and the water leaked out quite easily, there was no parking available and street parking was a difficult They called it a junior suite but it was nothing more than a classic double and even then it was one double bed and one pull out couch that when open it was very difficult to navigate around the room. With the couch open we had no where to sit but the beds. We had booked for 3 adults.

The location is very good, directly on the central square of Argostoli. It can get quite noisy in the front facing rooms but it clears after 02:00. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and the view from the small balcony in the evening over the square and town really nice.

The supposed parking area is unsupervised and in the evening non-hotel cars fill it up, forcing you to search for a parking spot elsewhere. This can be pretty far away, in our case 10’ walk. The breakfast was subpar with precooked and refrigerated and reheated goods (some looked as they made the day before), cheese and ham were the low cost supermarket products, same with jams, honey etc. Conseravtives filled cake from the package as well. in general nothing in this breakfast was fresh and certainly well below what you expect from a hotel breakfast nowadays. Our room should have been priced around 80-90€ (very small bathroom) and at 160€ was significantly overpriced.

Superb

The room was special and the Hot Tub made it exceptional, enjoying it at night was a must! The breakfast was really generous and had great choice. The coffee was hot and fresh. All the staff were smiley and welcoming and helpful even when I spilled ice cream

Good location, good hotel and good breakfast.

We knew the location would be just what we like. It was busy with tourists and locals alike. Children running round having fun. The hotel was very nicely decorated and had a few items of interest. Our breakfast was varied, good and typically Greek. Lovely!!

I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay better.

Very good

We used this hotel for a one night stay before driving to the north of the island. Its well located overlooking a plaza in the centre of the town. Room was a good size with a balcony. Polite helpful staff, and a good breakfast the next day. Would stay again if passing through.
