Las habitaciones son cómodas y la ubicación estás cerca de muchas cosas, el personal un 10 puntos

Para mejorar el desayuno en qué es variado, tendría que tener medialunas o biscochos que es lo típico de Uruguay

CÓMODA Y CÉNTRICA

Tiene una buena ubicación porque está en un lugar céntrico para algunos atractivos turísticos. La cama muy cómoda y limpia. El desayuno justo y variado.

El tamaño del baño, sugiero que sea un poco más grande.

Excellent option in Montevideo

Very good service and kind personnel. Clean rooms. Comfy beds (I like soft mattresses). Great location close to the seafront and the old city. Reasonably priced.

As it often happens in larger hotels, you pick up a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, from slamming doors to people talking out loud. All pretty manageable though.

Besides the location at the center of Montevideo this is not of a good value for the rating.

Only the location

The room was awful. The toilet was hard to flush as it had a corroded hard to push button. Not friendly. When finally used a shoe to force it in at 11:30pm it got stucked and the water would not stop running preventing us to sleep. When we called for service the reception refused to believe and it took a long time for them to finally come. We left the day after. Though we had paid for 3 days they refused to refund the next 2 days even after we explained we left because of the issue with the bathrooms. They placed the blame on Booking.com stating it it not their policy not to refund but of Booking.com.

An excellent stay, would stay again

A very comfortable stay. Room was clean, staff friendly, good breakfast with strong coffee and various juices included, comfortable bedding and a great location. Parking available across from the hotel for a fee.

The doors to the elevators slam very heavily and it can be heard throughout the night as people come and go

Great for a short stay!

The location is very central , near by restaurants and main streets. We got a room on a 7th floor which was quiet from the night traffic and with good soundproof. We were happy to have breakfast,it was simple but quite good.Coffee was great! Wifi worked perfectly.

The matress was a bit lumpy, but it was not such a big deal. Also, the power plugs by the bed were not working properly, with chargers or lights (seems like a problem with connection)

The accommodations are nice; breakfast has scrambled eggs and a nice fruit salad bowl. The rest of the things are a bit too sugary for my taste but it was all good. The location makes it very easy to get around as you're just a little over a block from 18 de Julio, the main street.

Wi Fi is definitely spotty here. As of this writing, I have been traveling for 2+ years now and Wi Fi here was the most "hit or miss" I have encountered. I even changed rooms from the 7th to the 2nd floor because they told me there was a problem with internet on the 7th floor, but it was just marginally better on the 2nd. If Wi Fi is highly important to you, just be advised that while I found the mornings to be reasonable, after 8:30 or 9:00 p.m. you may have problems.

The location is good and the bed is very comfortable. The room is big and has a great view.

The shower is terrible. We can barely see the water drops :( Also, the lift for the upper floor is too small.

Breakfast was very good and complete; the bathroom was very complete and clean, and the shower was excellent!!

The mattress was not totally comfortable. There wasn´t any desk or table inside the room and I was looking for one to work with my computer. I did not like to see the tables outside the rooms where other guests put on them their dinner plates and garbage.

Pleasant place in the heart of the city centre

Great shower in the room, good breakfast with a varied selection. Well located in the heart of the city centre.

The room was smaller than in the pictures. The Wi-Fi was abysmal - neither of the two networks reached our room at all (8th floor), so we had no choice but to go down to the lobby whenever we needed to send messages, check emails, use the internet, etc. Very inconvenient. Expensive for what you get, the value and quality don't match.
