Staff was very friendly and helpful reception staff Milly and Gift helped out with all sort of things during entire two weeks stay. Very efficient service and professional approach from them. Driver who took care of airport pick up and drop off treating you so great he is very helpful, polite and was making sure we fell very welcome. Thank you team!

4 star Hotel only because it has a pool and spa ( massages)

The staff were lovely The free shuttle to the beach was useful The large balcony with our own sun loungers. The pool area was pretty ( although we didn't use it)

Bed was hard The showers in rooms were poor possibly low pressure but I suspect a good. Clean to remove any lime scale would of helped. Restaurant/ breakfast area felt very cafeteria like Basic food and basic decor. A few plants a few nice light fitting wouldn't go a miss. That being said, we paid about £45 a night b&b for a couple I was under the illusion that Thailand was cheap so maybe expected more

The room size and bath on the bathroom.

The distance feom the beach, lot of stairs, no zebra crosswalk. Hard hill what have to climb with a pram. Thw distance from the beach

Very spacious rooms, suitable for families with children. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

the “balcony” was disappointing. facing a row of tall plants so nth to look at. u wouldn’t use it. to get around the property is like a mini maze haha

Loved the hotel, looking a little dated now but they are trying to update each area

The rooms are lovely and spacious perfect for couples or families. We had a full kitchen in our apartment but only come with 2 of each cutlery, glasses and cups. There was no plates, utensils or any other kitchen equipment. The bed mattresses was so hard. Lovely private stay with rooftop jacuzzi, perfect place for chilling out.

Not what it seems stay away!

Staff are lovely. Views from top deck are beautiful. Resort could be magnificent but is so run down and badly maintained. We paid for an upgrade as our first room was terrible and although it was so much better having the rooftop to ourselves it needs so much work. Aircon in bedroom didn't work, jacuzzi bath didn't work, TV in bedroom didn't work. Plugs didn't work (which they did fix) hotel desperately needs maintance. Staff did try sort out what they could with what they had.

Breakfast didn't have enough chairs and tables.. Hotel was full and only 11 tables for breakfast.. Also very basic. Very run down. Photos on booking.com are not same as what you see. Must be from when first opened. Has lot of potential to be amazing but needs work. We have been to Thailand 7 times and stayed in many hotels and this was the worst. Due to peak season we couldnt find alternative accommodation so had to make the most of it but definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the state its in.

the front desk saved the day for my overall impression of this place, but with the mediocre facilities and other staff n

the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. although when asking for local food recommendations I’m surprised nothing to recommend. just asked us to walk about and try.

My brother was unwell on day 2 but staff at breakfast buffet wouldn’t let me take food to him. I had to go speak to front desk to arrange food for him. also, I booked 5 months in advance and still we all got very seperate rooms. the stairs of the hotel are really not good for elderly. too many. I actually got injured and bleeding from my toe from a cut on day 2 while walking about. there are tree branches that cut me.

We stayed five days and loved getting to know the staff there and the locals.

It was quiet and homely and the staff were amazing. So friendly, accommodating and helpful. It had a family owned vibe and felt relaxed. The hotel is working hard to recover from two years of Covida19 lockdowns.

The pool badly needed repair, tiles were falling off and there were sharp edges. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone elderly or having mobility challenges because of steep stairs and sharp concrete steps. The spa was not fully functional, the rooftop bar was closed and breakfast was limited to a few options (not buffe style as advertised) but this hotel has been through a tough time. I recommend for couples or families with older kids.

it is close enough to the beach and close to restaurants. It is little bit run down - (Covid) The pool was super clean.

The staff were very attentive and friendly and the rooftop Jacuzzi was very nice.

The mattress on the bed was really hard and uncomfortable and at times the water pressure in the shower would diminish greatly but other than that it was very nice

Well worth the visit again, and will go back

Have stayed in the hotel a few times now and love to go back, warm and friendly staff and a warm welcome from Minny the manageress, with a great room

All very good with a good breakfast, staff helpful and very warm and friendly, would recommend the hotel to anyone, a walk out to the bars and restaurant however there is courtsey transport to and from the beach

There was not enough sunbeds near the pool. Also, in the pool was trash ( leaves etc) some days. Breakfast was not good.
