新驛會是我指定住宿口袋名單

第二次選新驛了，一樣沒失望。櫃檯客服，房間整潔，設備，舒適感都很棒，還特意幫我升級到有窗戶的房間。

謝謝櫃檯主動幫我升級到有窗戶的房間，不過因窗戶隔音效果不理想，總聽得到改裝車輛的噪音，休息品質會打點折扣，但有窗戶的房間看得到外面景觀仍然值得肯定。

Budget friendly

Washer and dryer. Location is convenient but Taipei Main Station has toooo many exits and many does not have escalators or lift.

Noise cancellation needs to be improved. Door needs better sound proofing. Toilet clogs easily too. According to the staff, we should not be throwing tissue paper into the toilet as Taiwan sewage is old piping.

Best stay in Taipei. Highly recommended.

Very clean and nice. The bed and pillows and blankets were all v comfortable. This is the first hotel I stayed that I didn’t need to adjust the aircon as it was perfect for sleep. There was a lounge to pick up supper too. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Just a little bit small but it’s fine as it was expected.

Great location, staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are really clean with toiletries given in the room. No breakfast but they have self service kitchen with free cup noodles, free biscuits in the room

Near Taipei Main Station. Snacks are provided and staff are very helpful. There is another branch next door and I could go there to wash my clothes if the ones in my accommodation are occupied.

Noisy. Can hear the traffic downstairs.

there was washing machine and dryer for free! even instant cup noodles and coffee. the bed was comfortable too

the first room we got had a very strong moldy odor, so tiring we couldn’t sleep. We had to request to move rooms.

Would recommend for any travelers looking for an economic hotel in a central location of Taipei.

We chose this hotel because of the convenient location to the train station, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities and support from the staff.

There weren’t any particular cons. We had a double-sized bed, and while room might be compact for some people’s standards, I thought it was reasonably-sized given the economic price and high quality of the amenities.

I would definitely recommend it!

The location is near Taipei main station (Exit 7). The room is clean. We stayed there for 3nights and they clean the room everyday which is a big deal for me. There’s a washing machine and dryer where you can wash your clothes for FREE. The staff are very polite and can speak English well.

The room is like a Japanese style, you only have what you need. There’s no cabinet to put your belongings but there’s a vault there where you can put your valuable things. So if you are looking for something spacious, sorry to disappoint you.

Quiet room with a Comfortable bed for a good night sleep

Comfortable bed, clean and quiet room. Very convenient location and the hotel staff are all polite and friendly. We love this hotel , we always comes back here when we are in Taipei. Even after so many years the hotel is still maintained very well.

Lovely hotel in downtown Taipei. Perfect for a nice quiet night, and very close to either the main attractions of Taipei, or near enough to a metro station to see some more sights further afield.
