The bigger apartments could be nicer

The smaller room is definitely not for more than a 1 night stay and is really really small

The main switch trips when we switch on the stove and during load shedding if we can't cook atlease the gas cylinders are supposed to be placed

Lakeside accommodation is somewhat misleading , a better description is N2 main road accommodation. Very noisy due to heavy trucks etc.

Great place for overnight or weekend away.

Excellent location, comfortable walking distance to main Knysna high street. Clean and neat.

The N2 was noisier than expected but that's the location :)

Very friendly and helpful host. Cleanliness. Close to shops and restaurants. Private deck. wi fi good.

Unfortunately the establishment is on the main national highway, and so the traffic noise is fairly constant. For the price i expect dstv, not Open View tv channels.

Excellent.

To be all alone in a room...Nothing is communal where everyone meets and make a lot of noise. Easy to clean and easy to know where you left your thing.

Eyshhhh The way shower is installed. How I Wish can be changed...Am too tall am were not comfortable to take a shower.

My expectations were not met for my last week of holiday before returning home.

The location was central and the cleaning lady was friendly

The proprty is situated as youn come into Knysna as the N2 passes through the town and the traffic noise level keeps one awake. Although it said I could book in at 14:00 I was told only at 15:00 and upon entrance I was called in and the rules were laid down. I am a senior pastor for 23 years and a Community leader and know how to conduct myself but when next door neighbours kept us awake until 02:00 in the morning there was no apology by the owner. We were without elecricity for 24 hours concurrent on one day and then on another day concurrent again 10 hours. Although this was not the owners fault he could have done more to assist with regards to following up with guests and ask if help was needed. He should invest in an Inverter. This was my first time in 23 years that I have had leave for a month and we celebrated our 25th Wedding anniversary and most of my stays were through Booking.com 19-21 December Rainbow Glen Montagu - Very Good 22 December Old trading Post Wilderness - Very Good 28 Dec - 8 Jan Brinkleys - Kleinbrak - Good (cancelled with Lilla Bett) 8 Jan - 14 Jan Lakeside Accommodation - Knysna - Average

The location was perfect. Close to the harbor, shopping center and other eateries. Great lake view. Rooms were very neat and well kept. Owner was very friendly and suggested places to visit as well.

Load shedding, but the owner made sure that there was back up lights so we were not in the dark.

Comfortable bedroom but did not stay longer because of smell in bathroom.

Bed was comfortable. Lake view. Clean linen and towels.

The smell of mould in the bathroom. The wood was rotten in the bathroom and the smell was very unpleasant.
