Beautiful Family Trip 7-2024

Clean, pool access and beach access was good. Rooms spacious and clean.

A pleasant stay but room for improvement.

Great location, beautiful set up with multiple pools and beaches. The Bella Vista and Casanova restaurants are great. Entertainments team work very hard, engage brilliantly with guests.

The attitude of reception staff, standard of food and service at main restaurant is poor. Bars always seem short of stock so can’t make the drinks you ask, especially the swim up pool bar.

we loved our stay at San Souci. shifting back and forth between the ocean and pool was as good as it gets.

each area of the resort felt very different and unique.

our only issue was the shower water pressure which really is not a bid deal.

Another fantastic trip and we will definitely be back again.

The location is absolutely beautiful, beachfront rooms give you access to the beach, bars and most restaurants. The views are spectacular and the staff is way beyond top notch. The food has always been excellent and we like the changes to the room service options. There are also plenty of activities that offers a wide variety of thing to do and keep you entertained.

The beachfront rooms are a fantastic hit but also a little bit of a miss as well. The beachfront access is great but the amount of noise from the Tue & Friday night event setup isn’t ideal. The actual events are fantastic, the live music is well done but we opt for the sound of waves crashing vs live music. The real issue is with the preparation. Setup begins around 6 or 7 am and tear down is 1am. This process is very loud, people are yelling and the slamming of metal together is definitely to be expected but perhaps this could be done at a more convenient time for your guests. Or perhaps even a better location that doesn’t take center stage at A,B and C block. The rooms were great, the only drawback was the beds were soft and made for sore mornings. Perhaps firmer beds and offer the mattress topper to those who need a softer bed. Also the TV ( although not the goal of the trip), it would be nice if you could stream your own media instead of all the channels with no guide and multiple channels have no sound or come in jumbled. This isn’t a huge deal but if you had a few days of rain, kicking back with a couple of movies and drinks is very relaxing. The food was great but it would be nice to have some later night options and something basic like a hotdog or grilled chicken sandwich at 1am.

Good time that could have been better

Great envioronment, lovely property with so much variety. Room was pretty decent overall Entertainment was appropriate and Exellent Food quality pretty good but a little short on variety.

Most of the staff seemed very sad and impatient, as if they did not want to be there, some openly arguing with each other which gave an unfriendly vibe. The beach was below expectation

First time to Jamaica

Beautiful Landscaping.

I wish the rooms were a little cleaner and the food was better. I didn’t like that a restaurant at the resort required the men to wear long pants to be able to enter. (Casanova) I didn’t know that and did not pack long pants for my husband. I could have understood polos and khaki shorts but it is way too hot for pants!

Back for more!!

The food was great as was the service.The property is gorgeous and feels like paradise..I can’t wait for the return trip and to be greeted “welcome home!”

There were some cutbacks but this was out of their control due to Covid.

Property was exceptionally beautiful and we'll kept. All the staff was eager to make your stay exceptional.

Not much. Low occupancy due to covid was a shame.
