Accoglienza e disponibilità

Lo staff è stato super accogliente e disponibile. Mi trovavo a Senigallia per un concorso, mi hanno messo a disposizione un’ampia saletta dove ho potuto lavorare con computer e libri in tutta tranquillità. Colazione ottima e zona tranquilla. Ci hanno pure consigliato dei ristoranti davvero buoni!

Ottimo per un breve soggiorno.

Ottima posizione. Fronte mare e a due passi dal centro. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima colazione, anche migliore di certi 4 stelle! Bella la sala della colazione. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

La doccia con la tenda non è il massimo come pure la carta da parati un po' strappata . Camera non proprio silenziosa.

Buon compromesso qualità prezzo

Posizione e personale fantastici! Si sono adoperati in maniera squisita per farci fare colazione anche se dovevamo partire prestissimo.

La griglia porta asciugamani in bagno; da sostituire perché… diciamo molto “consumata” e magari una rinfrescata a tutta la struttura un po’ troppo anni 70.

Great hotel in a perfect location , VERY friendly proprietor and staff

All very well, a late arrival due to flight delays. Hotel proprietor greeted us with understanding . Excellent fresh breakfast , extra tomatoes supplied on request. Superb coffee freshly brewed for table.

nothing really to dislike ,A/C was a little underpowered but it was exceptionally hot!!

Wonderful hospitality in an excellent location!

Excellent customer service - the staff here are incredible. They went above and beyond to look after us. A perfect location across from the beach and easy access to the train station. A short walk to the historic town centre also. The hotel is impeccably clean. Breakfast is continental + a range of cakes - it was lovely.

LOCATION EXCELLENT BREAKFAST VERY GOOD SEA VERY GOOD

BETTER LGHTING IN BATHROOM FOR PUTTING ON MAKEUP. SHOWER TRAY MUCH TOO SMALL FOR ANYBODY APART FROM VERY THIN. SHOWER MUCH TOO HIGH UP AND NON ADJUSTABLE. SHOWER CURTAIN ENDED WELL ABOVE TRAY EDGE SO FLOOR AND TOILET SOAKED AFTER USE OF SHOWER.

we will return

during which was probably the worst flooding in decades the hotel owners and staff still had smiles on their faces and couldn’t do more for us! thinking of all those that died in the flood and the spirit of the local people rallying around to help each other made it a privilege to stay there

Superb

The location of the Hotel is excellent, opposite the sea beaches in the center. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are well cleaned before noon. The breakfast is diversified buffet with good quality food. The staff is very kind and helpful. The AC and the wifi works well.

The walls are not very thick, so we could hear loud neighbors. Also due to the location it can be noisy by the neighboring discos and garbage collectors during the night, so it is not recommended to sleep with an open window.

Good apart from stated small problems

Shower stall in bathroom very small with shower head out of reach of anybody at least 3 metres above. Unable to adjust direction of water, only way to stop hair getting soaked to wear shower cap. Toilet very close to shower screen. Impossible for person more than slender to sit without banging arm. Plug on basin not working. Please can hotel provide shaving mirror and better bathroom lighting. Impossible to apply makeup. This all let down high standard of rest and not what expected for price and rating. Service at breakfast in past always exemplary but this year slower and seemed less interested. breakfast still fantastic choice

I got my rest in short time

I like that view form the window during my breakfast. I like cleaning stuff, ladies didn’t speak English but tried really hard to understand us and help us. I really love those free bikes to rent.

Old hotel that strongly need renovation!!

Old hotel, it needs renovation!!! Air conditioning didn't work. Old furniture, old bed, small rooms.

I like that is attached to the beach and all the restaurants

that is close to the train tracks and you hear the train very early in the morning passing :(

Wonderful hotel at the Adriatic seaside

This hotel has a good location, close to the beach and to the train station. The equipment and the room met the standard of a good 3 star hotel, it was very well cleaned every day. The breakfast food was delicious, diversified and served by the friendly staff due to Covid restrictions, otherwise in a buffet style. There are many restaurants and bars close to the hotel where one can eat lunch or dinner.

Unfortunately the hotel did not own private beach. One can rent sun beds and umbrellas starting from 15 EUR/day on nearby beaches. The noise of trains was a bit loud so one can sleep with running AC only during warm nights.

Washbasin very cracked and carpet stained. Potential health hazard especially in this period Very disappointed as this second stay and everything before very good. Flt this let down high standard in every thing else. Felt this was because single traveller and therefore not as important as couple.

Very nice breakfast buffet. Staff were great all-around. They have a deal with a bagni offering great rates on lettini rental.

Very hard bed and pillows. Part of the ceiling in the bedroom and all in the bath were simply grates. I could see the plumbing/pipes and concrete foundation.
