Myself and my wife could not have had a better time - the apartment is really lovely, the location is fantastic and the view is unbeatable.
Yjota met us at the main square and took us to the suite, everything was perfect and even supplied beach towels for us.
nothing it was all good

The view was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great location to explore and enjoy Lindos, with views of the bay and the Acropolis. The outdoor garden was a pleasant place to sit and relax. The room was traditionally Greek, which made a nice change from sterile rooms with no character.
We went early season so things felt a little damp. The shutters were extremely stiff to open, although on arrival, we were told to notify them if this was a problem. The outside garden was a real bonus, although needs better signage, maybe a lock, as we had to move people out one day and felt really bad doing so.

Fabulous location.
the lounge/sitting room has no windows and is dark. thanks think it’s only die to the layout.

From Apartment 1 we enjoyed amazing sea views from a choice of two balconies (one shady, one sunny). The balconies felt very private too.
Great location for town, central square and main beach, with loads of free parking within 50 metres.
Lovely to have the apartment cleaned and fresh bedding, towels etc. every couple of days.
If I had to think of something? Maybe they could be more generous with toiletries. If I had to think of something!

position
hard mattress and pillows. Beds in living area doesn’t work if you have young children that need to be in bed early.

the location in the heart of the village and also near the beach
wish the little garden area/courtyard got more sunshine through the day

Was spacious apartment.
Was clean.
All mod cons available in apartment.
Main bedroom ensuite there was a terrible sewage smell.
Bed was not comfortable and pillows were hard and not comfortable.
Location was very steep and dangerous to get from Lindos Square.
No house cleaning service or change of towels during my stay.

Thea Suite was 5 minutes walk from the beach and the Lindos town centre ( from where you can walk to the acropolis ). The apartment was fully fitted with all appliances including washing machine . We had a few queries which were answered very quickly . You get parking just a couple of minutes away from the house. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby from where we bought groceries and did cooking . We also had a housekeeping service after 2 days of stay which was helpful. The beds were comfortable and the Air con fully functional .
We stayed in Villa 4 in which the patio had a full view of the acropolis but only a partial view of the sea ( but still a beautiful view )

location was excellent. Views were amazing. a lovely property.
needed a washing machine and toilet lid wouldn’t stay up. Hot water in showers was a bit hit and miss when using other taps and toilet.
3.5
Brilliant view from the terrace. Beach towels were provided
Would be amazing if the terrace was closer to the room but accept that this isn't possible because of the layout.

The location was perfect for us, close to the main square and a short walk down a footpath to the beach.

The location, both to the main square and shops, as well as the beach, was perfect. We loved being in the heart of it all. Breakfast restaurants are a quick walk, and the property is also close to a great hiking trail. (Cleobulus's Tomb)
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds are soooo comfortable. We used the heater because the rooms never seemed to warm up, which I believe would be a bonus in the summer months.
Patio and outdoor furnishings are wonderful - such a relaxing area (Thea 2).
I believe there really should be beach towels provided. People don't have the room to pack these, and it is a beach area obviously. These are a necessity, in my opinion.
Also, toilet paper. Please don't ration this - we had two small rolls for a three-night stay. As an adult, I really don't want to have to think about how much I am using.

Close to beach and in historic town
More warm bedding in early season chill. I would have preferred a duvet.

The only person that was ok it's the pallas tranfer driver, Costas. I could phone him and explained the situation as we leave. He works in the same office from thea. The only one nice and serios. The other ones never called back, never answered my whatapp messages, they only did answer via booking to say ok ,no cash back.
Ugliest experience ever. We lost 1700 euros as we left the property after a day spent there. This is not a villa, it is an old house where the heat will suffocate you, with tiny dors, no tv working, no hot water, noise from upsters where are other turist and the owner of the house who is watching you from the balcony on the so called private teracce. In the evening we could hear the tv of the lady, loudly. We have a little baby and we needed to stay in the room in those ours when the temperature is very high and it was horrible to stay in such a close and heated place with bad smells everywhere. We left and didn't get a penny back which is not ok. We found another reservation and payed newly just to forget this location. If you know we have a little baby you need to provide hot water to baith him. If you see the quest are not ok the money should be almost partially refunded. This won't bring you more clients. The numbers to call in case of something, no one ever answeres you. You already payed, by by .This seems to be the policy.
