Ottima posizione. Staff cordiale e molto disponibile.
Stanza piccola e bagno molto piccolo. Colazione migliorabile: bevande calde con macchinetta, no decaffeinato ne’ alternative al latte.

top location, nice room, polite service, large terrace with sea view and with external table, Average breakfast. quick check in / check out. Good value for money.
breakfast could be better.

We booked our stay last minute. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very caring and thoughtful. The room was very clean and the location was excellent. I slept very well!
If I really had to say something, the decor is a little dated but we still had a great stay.

Location is good. Beach are in front. there are many restaurant and bar around the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. They help us to find the proper space to park our car.

Returning from Zurich to Lisbon by car taking time to visit new places.
Ena Hotel is located facing the sea that lays just acoss the road.
Dispite its age the hotel is very well mantained and clean, with very nice rooms.
The breakfast was nice.
It's very difficult to park in the hotel area.

The property's location is absolutely great, few steps from the beach and it has a pizza place basically behind it where we ended up quite often. Not too noisy and you can hear the sea waves from the window. Room was clean and spacious.
Plus considering we travelled 'out of season' the price for five nights was really convenient.
I've personally found the combo hard mattress/thin pillows very unpleasant but I guess some people might like it (?) Getting in and out of the hotel by foot seems dangerous as there's no footpath outside and you're right on the road but eh, what can you do.

Everything was very good and there were a few aspects of the visit that were particularly good. This visit was during the low season and to maintain the standards can, sometimes, be more difficult than when it is the high season. Well done.
Nothing of note

I loved the location and also the staff was very helpful with my reservation considering the passing of my father. I traveled from California with many issues in my travels .

I liked the location of this hotel. It is near the beach and they have a nice promenade. The staff is helpful and ready to accommodate your requests. To add, we (3 friends) had a pleasant experience with the La Cambusa Ristorante. We were very pleased with the special Pizza we ordered (spicy Calabreze) and told the Chef, Luca. He asked what we would like to eat. I said, I loved the Spaghetti Nero in Venice. He said it is not in their menu but he will make it for us. And truly, the next day we had our Spaghetti Nero di Seppia! What customer service ! Arenzano is a small town with friendly, nice, helpful people. We came to visit the Santuario Gesu Bambino. We will come again :-)
We are positive people. We look for the good things.

great location and the stuff is very nice, helpful and always with a smile. the hotel is a bit dated but very clean, and the bed was new and super comfortable.
to be a three star hotel, I found it a bit old. the bathroom is from the 70s.

I stayed here for the second time as the first stay was nice with a well maintained room.
This time the room was awful.
Totally terrible old room Including bathroom facilities.
All old and dirty.

Location is greate. 15 min from train station walk. Beach(es) strating 50 metres. Free beach 150 metres and 700-800 metres from the hotel. Very friendly stuff.
No sockets near the bed.

Great location, close to the beach.
Room was spacious and comfortable.
Staff was friendly.
Parking is very limited, you are on your own.
The hotel is somehow giving you the impression of being old-fashioned.
Airco should be running all the time and it’s controlled from the reception.
3.9
big spacious rooms ,
very hard bed , everything out dated , the fact that the guests before us used a face mask and a hair bobbin too cover the smoke alarm. thought this was very unsanitary and looked bad on the business as it was clearly not checked. if coming by car I would not recommend, parking for 3 cars on site and you have too give your keys too reception , after driving from Ireland around europe we were not comfortable too have a random receptionist drive our car. the parking outside off the hotel is free but you won’t ever find a spot.
3.9
Air conditioning was not defective. Very hot and humid in the room.
3.9
Great place for a brief vacation on the sea. A bit tricky to get from the station, but manageable. The room had superb sea view. Not big, but with everything needed. Aircon worked nicely. Lots of restaurants around.
I wish toiletries had been renewed regularly (had stopped 3 days before we left).
3.9
beautiful building liberty style right in the center of town with the beach across the street in front of the hotel
air conditioning central system not very powerful and slightly noisy, controlled by the concierge
3.9
The bed cover was dull and old
