Good, decent, clean hotel to stay, close to Heider Aliyve Center,but far from other city attractions

Breakfast spread was good. May be they can add some more options for vegetarians and I would have preferred if vegetarian/vegan dishes in the spread were marked for me and my family to know what we could eat. There were no label/tags to know what the items were and the lady at the counter who was preparing and arranging the food items, could not speak or understand English. So it was difficult for foreigners and vegetarians like us to know what options were available for us to consume.

Adding names/tags of the items kept at the breakfast spread, specially if vegetarian/vegan dishes could be marked.

Super recomend!

* Very good location, you can get everywhere super fast just by catching an Yango or a Bolt. There’s a 24h supermarket just around the corner, restaurants and shopping very close by as well The price-quality of the hotel has blown us away. Huge and clean rooms with the most comfortable bed, and an amazing bathroom. Very rich breakfast. All the employees were super kind and helpful starting before our arrival by contacting us through whatsapp with all the details. A special thank to Kadir and Said for all their caring, specially the help they have us when we were going through a difficult situation with flights

Удобное расположение) Просторный номер) Приятно удивил дружелюбный персонал отеля .. Отдельная благодарность Зульфие и Саиду - спасибо за ваше гостеприимство и отзывчивость!

Завтрак не понравился, набор блюд достаточный, но качество оставляет желать лучшего. Но больше расстроило отсутствие нормального кофе..

ヘイダル・アリエフ・センター近くに位置する小規模ホテル

ヘイダル・アリエフ・センターまで徒歩で10分程度にある小規模ホテル。14時からチェックインできるはずが、部屋を使えるようになったのは18時からというトラブルに遭ったが、結果的にはバルコニー付きの広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれたようで、その後は快適に過ごすことができました。部屋は清潔で、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫、ミネラルウォーター、ティーバッグ等が提供されていて、WiFi も問題なく使えました。このホテルで最も良かった点は、ビュッフェ形式の朝食を作ってくれた、とても愛想の良い女性スタッフ。彼女による手作りメニューはどれも美味しく、朝から満足でした。ホテル近くにはスーパーマーケットがあり、徒歩で15分程度にはショッピングモールもありました。

大きな問題はありませんでした。

Perhaps a more varied breakfast would be needed. Otherwise, very good!!

سيء و مقرف للغاية

اعجبني فقط تعامل الطاقم المهني و ايضا عجبني قرب الفندق من المطاعم و البقالة و محل غسيل الملابس

نظافة الغرف سيئة جدا و الحمامات مقرفة و الاثاث مستهلك و سيء المكان مليء بكتل الغبار و البقع كرسي الحمام اعزكم الله لايعمل بالشكل الصحيح و يجب فتح الغطاء و تعبئته يدويا مع كل استخدام و ايضا الشطاف قاسي لا يضخ الماء بشكل موزون. موقع الفندق في شارع زدحم و عند طلب تاكسي عن طريق تطبيق بولت كان غالبا لا يصل الا في الجهة المقابلة من الشارع و مع وجود الزحام لا تستطيع قطع الشارع. بالرغم من انه بقي لدي حجز ليلة مدفوعة الا انني فضلت الخروج من هذا الفندق السيء و خسارة المبلغ. و اعتب كثيرا جدا على بوكينج انهم قيموا هذا الفندق و هو لا يستحق سوى نجمة واحده او اقل

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

To begin with, the location of the Hotel is accessible to tourist attraction, and is easy to find. You can find 24hr open grocery, KFC, Doner restaurant in the same building and a pharmacy near to the Hotel. You will have access to everything you need nearest to the Hotel. The breakfast included when you book was amazing! A lot of options and really good taste plus unlimited. The room was spacious and neat. The housekeeper make sure to clean the room even without us requesting for it. They response fast when we have requests. Most of all the receptionist is very helpful (we forgot his name, but as we speak He originated from Yemen and a working student) from suggesting where to go, how to go there, which app to use and download, upto helping us out communicating with our Bolt driver. And even suggesting us which item should we buy and bring to our friends. He is well versed in English Language so it is very easy for him to help us out. Amazing customer service.

location of the hotel is very nice . specially this hotel is highly recommended for family stay. breakfast was very testy .

Room and corridor are need to keep little bit more clean and tidy . Hotel entry Corridor air conditioning was not working throughout our stay which can give a bad image of hotel to the tourists.

Good

There are two women who manage guests on the floor. From breakfast to cleaning, to attending to odd requests - they did it all. They are the only reason why I will not hesitate to book a room again at Smith. Absolutely attentive to our needs and very passionate about making sure we were happy while at the hotel. 24 hour supermarket on the ground floor. Restaurants close by, shopping Mall as well.

Furniture is a little rustic, time has done some damage. Case of missing bell boy - We had to load our luggage and cart around our luggage. I literally went to the lobby at checkout time, asked for the cart and pushed it to the room and back with luggage. Not that I cant handle a cart - no one volunteered to assist a guest. When we checked in, reception staff did help me with the cart, checking out - no customer service.

Old but comfortable, good service.

Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were obliging and helpful in responding to any issues which made it a nice stay overall. They changed my mattress promptly for me after I mentioned it was sagging and immediately agreed to refund the balance when there was a mix-up with the room type. Breakfast was excellent and much better than expected. There is a fairly wide selection and a nice lady who cooks all the food from scratch and makes omelettes fresh if you ask. Not all dishes are replenished as the morning goes by so go early to ensure a full selection. Walking distance from Ganjlik metro. Great value for money overall.

The property is old and facilities quite basic so don't expect too much. The cold water shut off briefly one day and the seal for the shower room leaked so the bathroom floor was often wet. The mattress was initially sagging and the pillow a bit old but they did changed the mattress promptly when asked and I'm sure they would have helped with the pillow if I'd asked again. Bit far from the old town.

I stayed two weeks, and the general impression is good to very good. Good position - 10-15 minutes walking distance from a mall, a metro station and a lot of restaurants. Very friendly and useful staff (acceptable English spoken). A fast food and a general store in the same building, next door. Very good breakfast - better than in other, more expensive, hotels. A kettle available in the room.

Cleaning room and changing bed linen could be more often. But, if and when you ask, it is done. Some issues with the water - lack of water pressure, especially for cold water. But, I think, it is not the hotel fault: it uses a part of a building, with multiple other owners. Some incipient signs of wear and tear (furniture, equipment).

Fantastic Stay at Smith Hotel

The reception is kind and speaks English. The room is very spacious and the beds are comfy with very good lighting. Very close to restaurant and cafes and just on the ground of the building there's a supermarket, a doner and a KFC which is a plus! The breakfast is great and the chef is very accommodating and is like a mom cooking for your breakfast though they can't speak English, the hotel staff were very responsive to our requests.

The room was comfortable, spacious and well finished with a bathroom. Staff were welcoming and really eager to make sure that our staff was great - we appreciated this a lot. Breakfast was superb and really well could, which also goes for the room service we ordered. Definitely will return
