I will return the front desk hostess was very friendly.

Only one wash cloth to shower with and when asked for another housekeeping gave black cosmetic cloths. I had to purchase my own wash cloth to shower.

Steep price for the quality

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location with great nearby restaurants and safe neighborhood.

The overall quality of the room for the price. It felt like a cold concrete block dorm room. Bedding was sparse and cheap quality. Pretty noisy from inside the room with pool guests late at night and airplanes flying overhead.

Ideal location, clean rooms and friendly staff

The location was perfect, short walk to beaches, many restaurants, bars, shopping and 24 hours pharmacy. Isla Verde is ideal location, even for Uber

I only stayed one night.

pool area is pretty, staff is sweet but feels very mom and pop. Place is clean and the bathroom was remodeled. Room has its own a/c which can be adjusted. Prices for sodas and snacks were reasonable.

No towels in the bathroom, provided when asked. Tv not working right, even the staff did not know how to work the remote control. If turned of it would not work again. Room does not lock automatically. More like my kitchen door's bottom lock. Not safe. Room had a shabby feel about it. No place to hang clothes, an old dresser. A deposit of $40 is requested in case there is damage to the room. This place feels like a servicable pension, not a hotel.

Very intimate, clean, well-located hotel - hidden gem.

Property had been recently renovated. Was very clean, beautiful pool with fountain, snacks available. Close to restaurants, beach & shopping. Short taxi ride from airport, car rental on premise. Friendly desk personnel. Would stay there again.

Good for what we needed.

Room was functional, clean and convenient to dining options. Staff was fantastic. Location was super convenient for our purpose, which was one night near the airport before grabbing a rental car at the nearby Enterprise location, which saves $$ in airport fees.

The hotel itself was bright and clean but surroundings, while safe, were nothing noteworthy. We were there just one night after an incoming flight so cannot speak to beach access or other amenities.

When you come in there is a cat(nika) who comes and greets you, so adorable. Staff was all great.

We will be back.

Location was near many nice restaurants and the beach. We have stayed at the same location on previous trips and will be back again. The pool is a good place to start the day and refreshing following a short walk to the beach. The staff was busy keeping the hotel clean

Very nice place with a great feel to it.

Great little hotel with old time feel. Very clean, nice pool and veranda area. Only real downside or upside depending on your needs is the airport is real close, so you will hear airplanes.

Clean room, daily room turn over service, nice people, free coffee in the morning.

Had issues with toilet but they came to fix it quickly. Hard to find a working outlet. Loud due to airport departures and folks playing music outside.

The staff was very pleasant, they were very helpful. Overall the room was clean there were very small ants in the bathroom but it wasn’t unbearable. The room was a little small but I got what I paid for. I enjoyed me stay and would recommend and refer to others.

I needed 1 hour more to check out. I had been told this was a possibility but when came I was told that the hotel didn’t do that after being misled to thinking this could happen. Very disappointed.
