Despite the hotel being mostly empty, the food was good and the staff attentive. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. We were pleased to get free, covered parking.
The room furnishings were rather sparse, and some rain leaked into the bathroom – though it was an exceptional storm.

The hotel was located in a picturesque little town close to local sights, in particular the Rio Piedra monastery and cascades.. It had helpful but non-English speaking staff and a formal restaurant, with reasonable but expensive food.
Unfortunately, the pool and lawn area are set up as a resort style disco for much of the day, packed with local kids and young families. This is the only shaded part of the hotel in summer, so not a place to get away from it all.

View of garage. Quite expensive.

Nice Hotel in the area of Aragon and near Monasterio de Piedra.
Friendly Staff. Nice little pool area. The kids liked that very much.
Dinner at the restaurant was very good.
Interior in the rooms seems a little bit old but serves the purpose.

Lovely location in lovely village with excellent views
We had hoped to use swimming pool when we arrived on Saturday afternoon but there was a wedding party in the garden, so we did not like to intrude.

Proximity to waterfalls is great and we had an an excellent dinner in restaurant.
Very nice owner.
Swimming pool empty. End of September may be too late or could be a anti Covid requirement.
Don’t like newspaper decoration of wall in our bedroom. I think this is not norm of all hotel rooms.

Only the parking for cars.
The hotel is not 3 or even 2 star.

Not recommended.

It was okay - nothing fancy, but clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, the weather was poor but otherwise the garden/pool looked lovely to hang out in.
The breakfast wasn't great quality - the cheapest possible ingredients laid out on a trestle table. Very unappealing and uninviting.

The location and the person we dealt with on arrival was very friendly.
The quality of the food was well below par. Even though the menu for guests was at a low price, the quality was terrible. In addition the amount of staff was insufficient for the volume of guests and the lack of organisation of the staff was evident. Of course a 1st communion was being celebrated at the hotel and I believe letting other guests know this beforehand will help them adjust their expectations because it makes the flaws all the more evident. If you want to have a hotel, a restaurant, a cafeteria AND host events, you need to be on top of your game. I suppose the place is run by a family and I got the sense that it is time for an overhaul because the small details are lacking - especially from the ¨elderly man¨ who seemed not to be bothered really - my wife asked for a glass of wine and he brought the glass with the wine in it to the table. We didn´t know what the name was, what the bottle looked like or whether it was leftovers from the communion celebration(sinister I know but what would you think?). If not for the enthusiasm generated by the son(the person we dealt with), this place would seem a lot less acceptable than it is.

Lovely place and food. The service was exellent.
Should be more power sockets in the room. Out toilet tap needs a little of oil.

Location. Very near to Monasterio de Piedra National Park
Wifi is practically non existence in the room. I requested to change room and was told by the receptionist that all rooms had the same problem
