Horrible. Un completo desastre.

No me gustó nada

Peor sitio al que he ido en toda mi vida. Dicen disponer de un parking para los clientes y no te dejan aparcar en el parking diciendo que las plazas están reservadas a los trabajadores y que tienes que aparcar en el parking de la Fundación que hay al lado. El personal no es para nada amable. Mi hijo se cayó porque el suelo estaba mojado y no ponen ninguna señal de suelo mojado y cuando se lo dices al personal hacen oídos sordos. Les dio completamente igual que mi hijo se hiciera daño. Mucha indiferencia por parte del personal. La habitación parece sacada de una cárcel de Guantánamo, con camas diminutas, sin sábanas. La habitación tenía una ventana enorme sin ningún tipo de seguridad. Tienes que compartir baño con toda una planta y encima en las duchas no hay ningún tipo de privacidad, es decir, cuando entres a ducharte te va a ver como dios te trajo al mundo toda la planta. Las toallas no existen en este sitio, tienes que traerte tus propias toallas. El precio que piden por noche es exagerado. Cuando hice la reserva en Booking no me esperaba encontrarme esto y menos habiendo pagado 106 euros por una sola noche. Al ver todo este panorama no me quedó otra que irme a otro sitio. Tengo que añadir que el desayuno “buffet” es de 08:00 a 09:00. Todo un desastre.

Ya he estado más veces y es que es la Mejor oferta calidad/precio para dormir una noche

La falta de enchufes para la carga de dispositivos. En una habitación de 4 solamente hay uno. Tendrían muy fácil instalar uno en cada taquilla, algo habitual en albergues del camino y después de tres años veo que sigue igual.

Mejor si coges otro hostel

La gente muy amable, la ubicación es practico si quieres hacer el Camino del Norte (la ruta oficial) pero si quieres andar por el rio (la ruta mas corta a Portugalete), mejor coger otro hostel.

El ambiente no me gustó, no hay restaurantes cerca y se escuchaba mucho la autopista. Si eres peregrino tienes que dejar tu mochila y tu saco de dormir en otra planta, no es muy practico.

It was really good time .

The location was nice on the top and you can see all the town from , about the breakfast was nicr also . About the receptions team was a vary helpful with smile always .

Staff were nice. Breakfast was ok, someone there giving out the rolls so we only got one each, not enough for breakfast.

Shower facilities were poor, handbasin were very low, no hand soap to wash your hands after using the WC

Very good

I was there off season and then it is fine. I had the room for 6 for myself and the wifi is strong. There is a bus in front of the door that goes to the city. This bus is just not to find on google maps.. Parking is free. Location is good. Breakfast is simple but everything is there.

If I was here in high season I would have not liked it. The rooms and bathrooms are small and there is no privacy. You can't hang your towel or other things in the shower.

- the staff, polite and helpful. 10 points -the wi fi and the living room - the breakfast - the view of all the city

-location a little bit far - the kitchen, is only microwave and 1 grill. if you want plates, and cutlery you need to pay. what is that! pay for a fork and said that is a kitchen include. - the rooms, pretty old beds and infrastructure, need to invest there

Great value and comfortable. Located a bit far away from the heart of Bilbao.

The view from the room was very nice. The shower stall and toilet stalls were clean. Staff was friendly. We checked-in at 5:00AM and they were able to accommodate us. The breakfast was free which was nice.

Would recommend installing coat hooks on the shower stall and toilet stall doors. We had to put on our own bedsheets which was a bit of a hassle, especially when it is 6:00AM and you just want to sleep. The breakfast could have been better, but it was free. The location of the hostel is a bit away from the center of Bilbao.

Sparkling clean & comfy but address on listing is incorrect

So clean. Everywhere was spotless from the room to the bathrooms to all the common areas. Couldn’t believe how clean it was and well kept.

The address was incorrect on booking.com. It took us over an hour to find the correct location which was only by scouring satellite images of the area.

Convenient location if you come by car

We were surprised to find that the breakfast had options for vegans as well! Bread, jam, palmeritas, coffee, soy milk and cereal which was plenty! The cafeteria reminded of a school cafeteria but we didn't mind since it was only for one morning. There were enough toilets and showers, didn't have to queue for them ever. The location is good if you arrive by car (since you don't have to drive in the center), but kinda far if you come by public transport.

The room was quite noisy due to the big road next to the hostel.

This was my least favorite of the hostels we stayed in, too far out from city.

Very family friendly hostel, felt very comfortable there with kids. Most staff was great, laundry facilities available (1 washer, 1 dryer - 3 euro wash, 4 euro dry)

No AC, no fans so room was very hot in August. Road noise was very loud with windows open. Shared bathroom was not the best, would much prefer booking a private bath. Free breakfast was not very good. Location was far out from Bilbao but free parking!

Location was very convenient to participate in BBK festival. This was our main goal, so we were happy with it. Overall experience was positive.

convenient and good value.

I don’t mind sharing a room in an albergue setting at these prices but having 2 new people arriving in the room after 11:30 was really not ok at any price.

Good hostel if you are looking for a budget stay.

Breakfast was minimal but enough to kill the morning hunger. Room was clean and tidy. Had good views for on the city because the hostel is located on the highground.

Poor choice of the meals for the breakfast but still, enough as i mentioned before.
