Lovely large rooms, good facilities, very clean.
All good...but would be great to have a small restaurant....

Staff rude, not helpful, charged us for drinks when we only got half drinks. Had feeling like the staff don't like English guests. Smell of smoking throughout hotel. Didn't give us codes or information about spa sauna so never got to use this. Overall did not feel comfortable or settled at this hotel wouldn't stay again.

breakfast was wonderful
Staff smoked indoors which permeated the ground floor. Unexpected as no smoking should be exactly that.

Good selection for breakfast

On one of the nights there was an annual festival with an event on the hotel grounds. The festival went on until 1AM and bar below our room was open till 3AM. We got little sleep that night. I would recommend to the management that they either 1) Clearly indicate before booking that a festival will take place on that date, or 2) not accept reservations on that date as a courtesy to potential overnight guests.

Great location, you can walk very easily to the restaurants in town and visit the cute little town. The breakfast was really good, outstanding even! From here you can go really fast to compatch if you want to spend the day at Alpe di Siusi. I recommend this hotel!

Great location, 5 min walk to the lovely city centre, spotlessly clean and newly refurbished. Good wi-fi, free underground parking (comes at handy when 20-30 cm snow falls during the night), good breakfast, nice owners. Will definitely return.

The waiter in the restaurant tried really really hard to make up for an overall poor performance of the hotel and kitchen
Small room, high price, staff not welcoming (seem under management pressure) poor food
Worst experience in 3 weeks touring Austria, Northern Italy and Slovenia.

Great location, very convenient for bus to hikes and walking to restaurants in town. Great views from our balcony.
Fairly noisy during the day due to nearby metal shop. Hot tub wasn’t up to a good temperature throughout our stay. We would’ve appreciated darkening shades in the bedroom to blockout the lights on the outside of the building at night.

Perfect condition. Comfortable bed and pillows. Property in perfect condition. Family owned and very friendly.

Location was easy to find, and a very short walk takes you to all most important locations in the small and charming town of Castelrotto. Quick and easy check in and check out and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained/equipped.
Strong smell of cigarette smoke permeated the facility and was very strong in the corridors right outside our room.
4.3
Excellent room, location, and view. Close to shopping, transportation, and dining. Parking & breakfast included. Good value for this area.
Bed was a little too hard.

Garni Trocker is a great place in a great location like Castelrotto, 5m walking distance.
Professional and friendly staff.
Room cleanliness as per Alto-Adige excellent standards.
Amazing new open terrace on the roof with Jacuzzi, included in the service.
Parking in the basement included.
Despite a great service and professional staff, it was quite expensive.
The quality of the breakfast did not meet the expectations: most products were "commercial" and not "locally" made.
Only American coffee included, no espresso / cappuccino that was extra charged for no apparent reason.
So a huge margin and the above "tip" to improve.

I liked the sauna area downstairs and the rooftop jaccuzzi. The location as the ski-bus stop was literally across the road. It was also very close to the center of the city which was nice for walking after the skiing days.
The staff did not speak English that well and did not try very hard to help us with other matters such as ski-rental or what to do in the vicinity of the hotel. Also as it was an apartments hotel, the amount of cutlery and dishes was too small.
