Voor de vaste deur...

Helaas was er 's avonds niemand aanwezig toen wij rond 21:00u daar aankwamen. Zelfs nadat ik met het hotel had gecommuniceerd dat we later zouden zijn en dat was geen enkel probleem. Maar we stonden dus voor de vaste deur en alle luiken waren gesloten, het leek er helemaal uitgestorven. Ook werd de telefoon niet opgenomen toen ik belde. We waren genoodzaakt een andere accommodatie te zoeken, niet leuk na een lange reisdag. De dag erna zijn we teruggegaan en met de man bij de receptie bleek ik contact te hebben gehad. Hij leek het te zijn vergeten en bood zijn excuses aan. Hij zei dat hij beter had kunnen aangeven om tijdens openingstijden telefonisch contact te zoeken ipv via de chat van Booking.com. Hij was wel vriendelijk en hij hoorde onze verhaal aan. Wij hebben ons geld terug gekregen.

Franchement de l'extérieur je me suis dis dans quoi je me suis embarquée.. et au final grande surprise. Super expérience. Chambre sur le thème de la mer, magnifique ! Petits dej à 8€ excellents et copieux un régal. Lit génial ! Bouteilles d'eau > attention sympa !

Le parking, très peu de place que ce soit l'extérieur a partagé avec la boulangerie ou l'intérieur Sonorité

Great place for good money

Very friendly staff, great and quiet place, room with conditioner and balcony. Hotel has private parking place but in case it’s full there is free parking just next to the hotel.

Room little bit small but anyway it’s perfect for spending the night

7 dogs barking and playing below our room at night and morning. Checking in was really bad and took around 45min Kept getting ignored while serving other customers.

not much to be honest

the room temperature was so uncomfortable beyond belief. I had no access to change the heater and I was boiling up in the room even with two windows open. I could not sleep at all and left early loosing money but I could not endure another night

Stayed for 2 nights while working in Port de la Ragu. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Didn't try the breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good price, but wouldn’t stay again

Good value for money considering Cannes boat show was running. Comfortable bed, hotel was quiet and rooms were generally clean. Good AC.

Staff finish at 8pm and if arriving after this you have to be given a code & your room key to access. Chased the hotel several times and the responses were not great, had to get a colleague who was already at the hotel to sort this for me. When you arrive at the hotel later than 8 it is pitch dark, so potentially not safe walking up stairs/through the corridor in a place not known. Was difficult to work out how to flush the toilet, and both in the hallway and the rooms there were cockroaches. In the morning, staff were not overly friendly and payment for breakfast was demanded before we’d even had a sip of tea!

great location if you are driving throw the cost, breakfast is good and the parking has a gate.

great location, parking was Iside the gate, easy self check in if you came late in the night. Great breakfast too!

Great staff, nice room. As a matter of fact we liked it so much we decided to stay a second night.

Nothing. Room could use more electrical outlets, but that is really nitpicking.

No breakfast, no possibility to have breakfast nearby. Prices in the Le Panel cafe are ridiculously high in relation to the location. The staff did not speak English.

The air conditioning worked well. The hotel was quiet at night. The breakfast was big.

There was no counter space in the bathroom so there was no place to put anything (deodorant, hair brush, etc.)
