Very soft bed, friendly staff and good breakfast. Also very close to the station of Mala Skala!
Too much light in the morning, the curtains aren't wide enough (I was there in July)

Breakfast from 7.30 h.

Close to the train station, good shower (water pressure and temperature)
The curtains don't allow to darken the room properly. Everything is audible, especially the bang of the front door when being shut that is very loud. The food smell from the restaurant below fills the room (on the first floor).

The stuff is rly friendly
nothing

good location, close from all facilities and from the sights
extremely noisy due to the frequency of trains going days and nights just 20meters from the hotel. also railways crossing is very loud and warned us well in advance before train actually passing. it is not the fault of the hotel but you must get used to it otherwise you won’t sleep well
3.5
Breakfast, parking free of charge
Old furniture in the rooms

location. staff were good.
breakfast coffee was poor (syrup mix). strange smell in the room

The position of the hotel is very good, with parking if you are coming by car. The stuff spoke English and was very helpful suggesting activities, the breakfast was good and with lots of options.

Very central location. WIFI and breakfast both ok but nothing more than that. Fridge in the room. Small balcony was nice to have.
Now to the gripes, of which I have several.
1. Given the location and ok facilities the price we paid was just about justified, but the hotel badly needs a refurb....sinks, shower and other facilities are straight out of communist times central casting.
2. Service was ok, apart from our unsuccessful attempt to check in 15 minutes early. Like many Czech establishments, the customer seldom comes first. We didn't demand anything - just politely requested, but this was laughingly dismissed.
3. The next point is just plain weird - there is a ban on the use of kettles in all guest rooms due to apparent 'safety risks'. Only kettles are banned it seems, with no apparent ban on gas ovens, mobile saunas or tumble dryers. There was a sign in the room warning that we would be liable for a 2,000 Czech crowns fine if we made an illicit cup of tea. Please see the attached photo if you don't believe me!

Perfect location. It is 5 minutes from the bus stop/train station.
Ideal for weekend trips or vacations in nature.
The water pressure was slightly weak, and the hot water supply was not smooth.

The location was perfect for my travels, but also for anyone coming by train to this area. Check in and communication was easy, even with English as a second language. The single room was cozy, comfy and all I needed. The restaurant was nice for dinner and the included breakfast. Parking my rental car was free and simple. The WiFi worked! There was an unexpected castle in the rocks over the village!
The shower flooded the bathroom, but was hot! I love a hot shower.
