Clean, good location, enough parking space, friendly reception.
No shower head holder. Room was quite hot with no way to ventilate.

Building in a good location and easy enough to find parking nearby, the room is very essential but a single person it’s fine. The bathroom is good and the shower a good size.
internet was very good.

good location close to the old town. Easy parking in car park in front of hostal.
small room, no kettle, thin walls, could hear everything in the room next door who were up early! not very clear to find as difficult to find entrance, wasn’t sure how to get into block, someone let us in then you have to go to first floor then the hostal is just behind a door! strange set up!

A great location close to the old city. It was peaceful and quiet. Easy to find and very helpful staff.

smell of smoking in the hotel

Friendly staff, clean room, walking distance from old town and the sights, a few little tapas places around.
Everything was nice, the room was small but reflected the price. You can hear other guests/rooms a little.

This was my first time having a hostel room all to myself and with a personal bathroom and I was very happy with what I got! Everything was clean and the room was perfect for one person. The lady behind the desk was also very kind and helped me get a taxi for the next morning :)

Staff was most helpful and friendly in providing a map to local sights, directions, and calling a taxi for me promptly when needed, etc.

Good room for quick stay. Hostel is located near the city centre. Parking spaces are free in the area but it's hard to find them. Very kind staff, she also helped me to make an appointment with a vulcanizer when I got a flat tire.
Noise from the street and another rooms.

Convenient location just across the river from the cathedral. Very quiet.
Just a room, no common space. Didn't provide even a cup of tea in the morning.
8.0 / 10.0
The location is excellent. It is only about a 5 minute walk to the river and another 3 minutes to the entrance of the cathedral. The views from this side of the river towards the cathedral are wonderful, especcially in the morning.Great walk and then have breakfast.
The room itself was clean, big enough and bathroom all oke.If you do not need more than that than this is a winner. The staff was very helpful with parking accomodatie. We had a parking spot in a garage across the street for a good price. But during the week you have a chance to park there for free on the street.
It was a bit noisy, but it was on a holiday weekend.I am sure that midweek would be different. But it was not a big minus point. In the middle of the town would be noisier. And earplugs were not even neccessary.
All in all a great stay.We would come back, for sure.

Hotel didnt provide breakfast
Having a breakfast would have improved the stay significantly.

Excellent, helpful, friendly staff. Super clean hostel! Pet friendly which was excellent for us and our dog. Very comfortable, really enjoyed our stay.
It was a bit loud at times due to noise from other rooms/apartments, but that was the only issue we encountered

Neat, great value for money, super nice and helpful staff.
Room was quite basic and small, walls were thin.
8.0 / 10.0
Very clean, very good location close to La Seo and El Pilar.
The window of my room was facing a small inner courtyard shared with two other rooms. Now the room was a bit hot, and I wanted to keep the window open overnight, but being a solo female traveller, that made me uncomfortable because people could have gotten into my room through the open window.
Having bars on the window would have made me feel safer.

Very nice personnel, the lady let me leave my baggage on the last day and pick it up later. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. The room is very basic, but it has everything you need.
The bed was quite uncomfortable. Also the walls are really thin, I could hear someone in the other room snoring. So bring your earplugs with you ;)

The hotel was perfect for the price, clean and comfortable. It’s close to the old town. The staff was friendly and I would stay again if I do a quick visit to the city with my dog. The value is very good regarding the cost.

The hostel is located too close to Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar, only 5 minutes by walking.
There is supermarket too close (Mercadona) and the stone bridge as well.

- walking distance to touristic area,
- cheap and nice place to stay
- Helpful and friendly staff
- clean room and comfortable beds
- free parking available, but originally they asked to pay for private parking
- not easy to find free parking, so they advertise private parking only at an extra cost
