Great if you need to travel early.

Great location between T1 and T2 and has fabulous and helpful receptionists. Very comfortable beds and beddings.

Really smelly towels. But I mean disgustingly dirty smelly.

My bed was broken and could not sleep on it. Had to sleep on the single bed with my husband.

Superb

Super convenient for early morning flight! The room was bigger than it looked on pics and beds were very comfortable (except for pillows but I might be a tad too picky on that part). Staff was very pleasant and very helpful! All in all it was a great find!!

Bathroom was a little dated but for the one night we needed it for, it did a perfect job.

Convenient location, friendly staff, but need hair dryers in room.

Clean, plenty of towels, many outlets to charge devices, convenient location.

No hair dryers, no free coffee, pay machine out of order. Room lighting is too bright.

If I have an early departure in the future, I will certainly book Aerorooms again.

Had to make an early flight the following day, so appreciated the chance to have a room at the airport where I could go directly to the departure desk, check in and fly.

I would have enjoyed a television channel in English to watch a movie or a couple of episodes from a popular TV program before going to bed.

Worry free hotel if you don’t want to be late to be at the airport.

Right on airport terminal, we don’t have to worry about traffic.

Going inside the hotel is not very pleasant, it is like a back door for people going to work at the mall.

Staff was unaware that airport luggage storage was closed for repair and gave false information on its availability which wasted our time — and they were rudely indifferent to the problem.

Big room. we could bring airport cart in the room.

Location is convenient, but not easy to find. The hotel is on the departure level, but the entrance is at the arrival level between terminal 1 and 2. The washbasin was clogged, nobody at the reception.

Not Good

There was only one single positive thing: The location was very convenient and allowed me extra time to sleep before making an early morning flight.

Air conditioning was not functioning properly. Sink drain was amazingly slow - rendering the sink useless for face washing and teeth brushing and shaving. Bed was poor quality. Outlets were too far from night tables. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Room located near a service entrance door that slammed at least twice during the evening. Once the a/c was made to work, it was still too warm in the room and I continued to be unable to control it via the room thermostat.

Location perfect, staff always helpful. Quiet and comfy.

An office desk somewhere would be handy for last minute work to be done. But for sleeping, perfect place.

Inside the airport, priced right, good for family stays, no chance of missing your flight.

24-hr reception inside the airport, friendly staff, very reasonably priced. I had a large room with a king-sized bed and a fold-out couch, so a family could stay there comfortably. Since you are actually inside the airport, there is almost no chance of missing your flight. Perfect for arriving late or departing early.

No refrigerator. The inner foyer door into the room was missing, so it was a bit draughty (hopefully, this will now be fixed).
