Good hotel, can improve

Very friendly staff. Good hotel, proximity and with view of the lake.

TV did not work during the 5 days of the stay. The hotel said that the operator was the problem and did not have a plan B. Limited breakfast as it must be defined by the guest on the eve, including with scheduled time

Very good

This is a nice guesthouse down a dirt road at the outskirts of town. It is nicely furnished and the front desk staff were very pleasant. The common area of the guesthouse is quite lovely, especially the outside deck with a view in the distance of the lake. I liked walking just outside the grounds of the guesthouse down to the lake, which was very pretty. Breakfast in the morning was great.

Unfortunately we ran into issues paying our bill and were charged almost double the booked price as the incorrect exchange rate was applied. The owner did try to return the excessive payment at a later date, but unfortunately we had already left the town and Patagonia and so we were not able to receive the refund.

Superb

great view on the lake

the view on the lake is currently partially blocked by a building that's being built. So the view is not as nice anymore as it is on the photos. Nevertheless, it is still a beautiful view. jacuzzi's bubbles didn't work.

Excelent hotel away from the city

The hotel is outside the city and surrounded by trees. It’s close enough to the city for anything you might need. Very relaxed.
