We loved it and would like to come back!

The owner was lovely and extremely helpful. The apartment was very quiet yet very close to all amenities and public transport. It was a home away from home, very cosy, very comfortable , a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. Loved the small balcony with great views over roof tops. nice stereo with great collection of CD’s.

A few pleasant days in Graz

Very clean and well maintained. Jane is a friendly, helpful and discreet host. A cozy apartment with a spacious and comfortable bed in a decent sized bedroom. Central city location. Everything is within walking distance. About ten minutes to the city center, about twenty to the old Schlossberg castle. The street is quite busy, but this is not a problem because the apartment is on the high third floor attic, so there is no traffic noise. A beautiful balcony overlooking the inner courtyard combined with a decent espresso machine and a plentiful supply of coffee beans makes every morning here a good one! 😊 The parking lot is right across from the entrance to the building, which is a big advantage because parking in the center of Graz is a big problem.

Nothing much. The only complaint is the elevator that barely fits two people and that only goes to the second floor. Still, I'd say it's nothing compared to what you get in this price range and location.

Fantastic value for money

The hostess was very friendly. The apartment offers amazing value for money, given the average prices in Graz. I loved the well equipped kitchen, the nice bathroom and the cozy bedroom.

No complaints, I totally loved the place.

Practical, but not 100% renovated/clean.

The apartment is very well located, quiet and large. The terrace is quite nice.

Not sure how the sanitary measures were ensured (eg hand gel or special cleaning). In my opinion, the apartment needs anyway deeper cleaning and update of several items, such as the shower curtain and the sofa (its fabric at least).

Superb

Great location, very close to the city center, a park with a large playground and a public pool. Nice balcony. We stayed with two kids (age 4 and 6), slept in the same room which worked out fine.

A microwave would be useful in the kitchen.

A memorable stay.

Janet and her little girl were both very welcoming. We didn't expect to find an espresso machine with coffee provided, but there it was! Beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent beds, everything you would think you might need in the bathroom, bedroom and in the kitchen. An excellent choice of CDs.

Great location in almost center of Graz with possibility to park car just opposite the building. Good communication with the host. Lovely small terrace/ balcony to enjoy breakfast :)

On a very hot day it can be potentially quite warm inside the appartment as it's located at the attic and there is no AC.
