The room is big for 4 pax. The surrounding is peaceful. I love the location and staff are courteous,
The smell coming out from the toilet. for Filipino like me, I am okay, but for foreigner,,, this is very bad. There are insects every where, hope you have a way of controlling the insects and mosquitoes. It is inconvenient to walk up to the reception to get help. because the phone is not working. WIFI is a headache!

Breakfast was fine. Filling. The view was excellent. The location is very good. I just wish I was able to look around for the other amenities. I will book again when we return to Tagaytay.
The night staff could have been more informed of the other services in Tagaytay City. I was asking for the nearest 7-11 and they told me it was at Aguinaldo Highway. We found a 7-11 just less than a kilometer from the nearest Starbucks.
Parking might be a problem if there are several guests.

- Going the extra mile for their guests (helped us resolve issues with a transport driver and organize other things)
- Amazing view
- Event in the morning (6-8am) right below our room (Palermo) was very loud.

We like the excellent service of the staff. The cleanliness and the good vibe of the place.

The place is cozy, as its like a home when you enter. Rooms are bigger than the usual. Breakfast was alright, they would ask you the night before what you would prefer within a couple of choices. You can also ask them to pack it to go, in case you're in a hurry in the morning. But ask them to prepare it beforehand as it takes a bit of time. Essentials like towels and toilet paper would be given to you again after a couple of days. Pool and garden was well maintained and clean.
Breakfast could be improved, have more choices for foreign guests. The lights in the room flickered from time to time. Bathroom sink drained slow. There were also kittens playing in the ceiling at night, can be a problem if you're a light sleeper.

Nicely cooked and the breakfast is on time. I like how they prepare the food and the serving is more than enough per person.
Only few options to choose. If they can just provide other options or menu to choose from it will be great!

Breakfast was good. The back view where the property is located is superb. Being able to see the Taal volcano right from our room was awesome!
The front door was hard to open and close. The shower head had some hard water residue and looked nasty.

wonderful view of Taal Vulcano! lovely garden. Everybody was very kind. we were stuck in the hotel for an extra day because of a cyclone, and the staff cooked us a full meal because all shops and restaurant were closed.

The view was phenomenal, very nice location. Also the rooms were very spacey and the staff tried their best to make up for the flaws. The breakfast was tasty although it didn't look very appealing at all.
The BnB needs some renovation, rooms are worn down, bathroom was quite dirty, crumbs and dead insects in the bathtub also there was no toilet seat (staff tried to fix that, but unseccesfully) and an old used towel hanging there. The pool area is also not in good condition, tiles are broken and the water was disgusting, couldn't even see the ground tiles - I couldn't go in that water

The view.
1. Black mold on the ceiling. This is dangerous and toxic to anyone’s health.
2. Bath tub not working/draining
3. Peeling and worn-out paint
4. Shower leakage. They stuffed towels around the corners to soak the seeping water.
5. Slippery outdoors when raining, no handlebars.
6. Hair on food
Breakfast was like a food ration during natural calamities.
And of course, paid for 2 rooms with a Taal view. Was given a mediocre replacement only after we complained that that’s not what we booked.
They were informed of the problems, but the only response we got is that “they’ll look into it”.
