No apto para descansar

La ubicación es muy buena porque está en el centro.

El hotel está junto a un restaurante que tiene música en vivo y se oye mucho ruido hasta las 3 am por lo que no se puede descansar bien.

La ubicación es buena, el desayuno no tuvimos oportunidad de probarlo

desperdician muchisíma agua, cuando me iba a bañar me percate que no salía agua caliente, baje a comentarle a la persona de recepción y me contesto "que dejara la llave abierta media hora", casi me infarto, cómo pretenden desperdiciar tanta agua, a lo que me contesto "Pues así es aquí, qué quiere".

Close to the center, very good rate. Aircondition was working well, the swimmimg pool was a bit warmer, due to the weather, but still refreshing.

We had rooms on the right side and over the wall was the noise heard from a bar aside.

Very central location, near to some great restaurants

Very central, short walk to the main square. It is less than a minute from Parque de Santa Lucia which is filled with gorgeous restaurants. The room had good air con which was very much a necessity. The pool was always very clean and well maintained.

The bathroom is in need of remodeling, looks a bit shabby. There is a bar nearby which played loud music late most nights - we used earplugs and it was fine, but if you don't have them you could be awake until 1am or so...

Perfect spot for your vacation in Merida

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and can totally recommend it. The check-in was easy, the rooms are clean and have everything you'll need. The location is perfectly to the city center in the middle of a lovely neighborhood. We also really liked the pool, which was bigger then expected und barely used from someone else.

It could get a bit loud at night, but as we enjoyed the music it wasn't a problem for us at all.

Great stay close to the action

Great central location, within walking distance to everything. It was close to the action yet far enough that it was quiet at night.

Like most places in Merida, parking is an issue. Depending on the day of travel, the hotel does not always have space for all guests to park.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool, perfect location half a block to a plaza with good outdoor restaurants.

As clean as it was, we had a little issue with some tiny ants on our first day noticed them on the bathroom sink. Staff were really helpful and disinfected. They seem to do their best to keep it clean but is definitely an old building and some things do look old. But for the price, location, and friendly staff I was happy with my stay.

Sweet spot in a great location for good value.

There was no breakfast... the staff was wonderful and the hotel is in a great location. I loved the pool and swam in it every day. I loved Sophia and Oswaldo in particular, they were great!!!!

The lighting in the room wasn't very nice. Needed better lighting, plus the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it leaked a lot everywhere whenever I took a shower...

Nice stop after Chiapas and getting into Yucatan.

Nice staff, she helped to plan our Uxmal trip. We planned 2 nights, 1st day saw the city and 2nd day went to Uxmal and a cenote. Nothing much for more than 2 days in the city. Next day we took a bus to Valladolid. We flew from San christobal to Merida.

Great Staff makes the stay so much better.

There was no breakfast you had to go out for breakfast. There are great restaurants in walk distance. Loved the location and hope if all goes well this year I will be booking the same place for next Jan. 2024.

I really have no complaints. I guess if the price was less would be nice. Maybe a little quieter at night would be nice. All in all, it was a good vacation.

Water still sold in small plastic bottles. Everywhere else I've stayed had filtered water free for guests. I asked for a glass, not one in the whole place. I was given a polystyrene cup. ENVIRONMENT! Alo there was no chair in the room

great value for money

hotel was in a good location, just a 10 minute walk from the square. the markets and main shops are a little further but we didn’t mind. the rooms were clean and there was lots of snacks and drinks available to buy at reception and the staff were lovely!

the pool was a little cloudy which I think could be just down to the time of year we came so maybe it wasn’t in use

Staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in before the time which was great after a 12 hour bus journey and arriving at 6am in the morning

Beds felt damp and horrible smell in the room from the drains in the bathroom. Quite noisy and remote for ac didn't work because battery’s were dead.
