Nice historical building with interesting interior and big garden. Cheap.
Room without airconditioning ... when windows were open, terrible noise from trains riding nearby railroad = bad sleep. In the room no water, no glasses, nothing to make the stay more pleasant. Plus very average breakfast.

Beautiful garden. Good restaurant across the street. Friendly staff. And of course beautiful building.
Reception closed till 3 (open in the morning but don't remember exactly what time). We wanted to park the car and walk to the beach, but all the gates were closed. Later we found out the parking was on the other side, so we actually could have parked the car and walk to the beach. We should have asked in advance, but we only booked late last minute.

Friendly staff, villa has own upscale restaurant, spacious parking.
Ants, plenty of ants even in rooms without presence of food. Staff admit the problem and provide desinfection liquids for self cleaning. Villa is located few kilometres from huge Solvay concern factory, we recommend to google and read dated March 2022 Bloomberg article "Decades of dumping plague an Italian beach paradise. Then officials detected mercury" - it describe ecological situation of this location. Railway is app 1 km from villa and trains make noise, villa itself is located right on the pretty crowded motorway, if you want to go to Vada on foot, you have to go via motorway wayside.

No non dairy products during brekfast.
Very close to the train rail tracks - very loud noises at night ( I would not recommed for the light sleepers)

Beautiful building with lovely gardens. A 20 minute walk to the beach and town - 10 minute walk to the supermarket. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
There was no air conditioning in our room but a fan was provided.

we liked the villa but I wish there was air con. we knew when we booked that they didn’t have air con but for the price we paid one would expect the max service. the history is amazing and it is very close to le spiaggie bianche which is very convenient.
there was not much options for breakfast and you had to pay if you wanted a cappuccino or a caffe from the machine?!

This is a hidden gem. It was like staying in a museum. The staff is really friendly and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice villa.
The room was too hot and without airco. With an open window we experienced a lot of mosquitoes.
This room was without an open window with mosquitoes net. Other rooms do have a net in de window.

the property is gorgeous and Jacobo was very know about the history of the estate. the rooms we saw were beautiful. unfortunately we stayed in one of the apartments which was not very posh. bed was hard and no hair dryer although Jacobo got me one. there was no place comfortable to sit and no heat
no heat and uncomfortable bed

Extremly friendly staff. Spacious bungalow with 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Big dining table ready for your feast. Nice surrounding, free parking space, easy to find.
I would expect from the flat opposite to the enoteca that a corkscrew would be provided. Flat for 8 people has 5 plates, the same number of glasses, but none of them is for white or red wine. The equipment needs to be refreshed, especially the beds. We could not plug in some appliances (hairdryer, chargers) - too small holes in the sockets.
Perhaps the above is the effect of staying before the summer season.

The room was really cold

The grounds were beautiful and very relaxing. The parking was easy. The manager, Jacopo, was terrific. Always available and wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
They charged 13E/night to turn on the heat. Also we lost hot water for several hours

Attention about the beach next to the hotel. The white beach is toxic

We are a family of 4 and we needed to book 2 separate rooms as we booked late.
I stayed with my son in a self contained villa which was a very unique 2 level villa, including a rooftop deck with views over the surrounding area.
The villa buildings, grounds and garden were well maintained and the staff were very helpful & friendly. The host shared stories of some interesting history of this family run villa.
A 10 minute walk or short drive to Vada town offers some great local restaurants and gelato shops.
It was very hot weather & we were aware when booking there was no air conditioning. There was great cross flow from open windows in the bedroom, but the noise from road traffic and a train line to the rear of the property was loud at times.
Everything else was fine.

Very beautiful villa, you feel like you have travelled a few centuries back. Super friendly and helpful host Jacobo, he would do everything to ensure your stay was perfect.
Nice Italian breakfast - simple but tasty, you don’t need more.
Mattress was a bit hard for my taste, but everyone has different preferences.

The place is very nice renovated, inside you feel a history so expect older furniture but thats part of the magic. Nice receptionist helped us with everything so big thanks to him.
A bed was a bit noisy, in the night there is a train noise but Nothing big. Only thing we were really disapointed was a breakfast.

Very beautiful accommodation in a quite place. Near to the beach (10minutes on bike). Employees are very nice and especially receptionist who we met. He had no problem to change our room to another and he was very helpful. We used hotel bikes to the beach. Rooms are beautiful and big. Very nice is also garden ☺️
Near to this hotel is a train station. In the night you can hear train which are passing by. But it is not bug problem if you dont have very light sleep.
Breakfast is little bit limited and there is not many variant.

We booked last minute to fill a gap in our vacation and we regret we didn’t book for the entire stay. The location is very nice and with plenty of space around, not the mention the super friendly and helpful staff

The Villa was amazing. Very nice garden. We had a big room. The white beach was about 10 min from the villa with the bicycle. We were able to use the bicycles for free during our stay. Since we did not want to go everywhere with the car. Nicolo, Jacobo and Lucia were really helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying there. You can buy great wine in their enoteca.

Myself and my partner have spent 4 nights at the wonderful Villa Graziani.
It was truly a magical stay and we look forward to returning next year!!! The villa itself is stunning and in a great location, easy walk to the local supermarket, town centre and beaches. The room was huge and we loved the antique furniture and the general design. The staff at the villa were super friendly and I’m surprised to see any comments from other guests that suggest otherwise. Jacobo and Niccolò were super friendly and kind. There were also two waitresses who served breakfast and also in the restaurant, who were also lovely. They were helpful and a pleasure to speak to. The hotel also offers a breakfast which is typical of Italian breakfasts - pastries, coffee etc. It was nice to have that every morning. The best part of our trip was the fact we were provided free bicycles to explore. This was very generous of the staff and made our trip nicer as we didn’t have a car to get around.
Thank you again all at Villa Graziani!! We loved our trip in Vada. Look forward to seeing you soon.
no air con in the room made it a little hot in the night

Villa Graziani is an amazing building with a lot of character. The receptionist and also the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. There's a pleasant footpath over the field to the village. Although very dark at night, so I walked back along the road, which was ok too. The room and bathroom were very spacious, incredible high ceiling, like it used to be... Everything very clean. Despite the villa being directly on a road, due to the good isolating windows I couldn't hear anything and slept perfect in the comfortable bed. If I pass that area again, I would definitely stay here again. Fabulous price for what you get!
There isn't anything.
